It's been over a month now and I haven't received my package... the estimated time was 5-7 days. I have reached out to customer service many times and they have told me to be patient it is in route but the tracking number I got says it hasn't been shipped yet... I have asked for a refund and been told to just be patient. Do not recommend at all.
I received my package and it was damaged, I emailed a picture and everything. And was told I'd recieve 25% compensation, still haven't got that. Then was to ask to fix it myself. It was beautiful, but the ugly crack ruined it

1st I ordered the gift prior to Christmas for my mom and didn't get it until after New Year's. After plenty back and forth emails, upon arrival we realized the gift is dysfunctional. The legs were made backwards therefore the product could not stand. The company told me all they could do was a discount for 30 %. The product is useless, and My Mom does not want it. I would like a full refund and to send it back. Not pleased with this company at all. 1st and last time ordering anything.

I ordered 2 plates for Christmas presents, one for my mom and one for my brothers family. I only received the one for my mom in mid January. I contacted rose feels and they promised it would be shipped soon…it's now the end of January and nothing…I've requested a refund?
Paid for 2-4 day shipping, came almost a month later. Wasn't happy about that. Other than that love the necklace.
Ordered on December 30,2023. Tracking info sent to me. There was no tracking. Emailed customer service on January 25,2024. No reply, no item received as of yet. Will NOT order from Rosefeels again.
It took a few days short of an entire month for my item to even be shipped. However, despite the long processing time, they were very responsive to emails with good communication answering any questions that I had.
I bought a piece of trash item from this horrible company that was super over priced, it was my fault because I didn't do the research before I bought the item. I tried to get a refund right away after the purchase and they wouldn't reply up until they had already shipped my product. Then they asked me to reverse the cancelation but they had already received my money. They would give me a return label for the item and wouldn't give me a refund. And to top it off they said I needed to pay for the return shipping. Do Not Trust This Company they are a scam and not a real business, they're over priced and they will not return your money. Do not trust these low life scamers, take your business else where if you are wife enough to see this. I'm a verified customer so don't let them fool you

I ordered a three daughter "moms garden" picture and it looked nothing like advertised online. The font was different and the color of the flowers was very faded. On top of the discoloration, the flowers were blurring/pixilated. I reached out trying to get a refund and got zero response, only an email asking if I received my order.

I'd say overall, I can't comment on the product as I still have not received mine a month later after ordering. When I made my purchase it said I'd expect to receive my package within 2-18 days. After 2 weeks it was still in production. I contacted customer service. They told me to wait a few more days and it would be shipped out. Another week goes by it's still in production. I contact them again they tell me to please wait a little longer and my item will be shipped with the fastest shipping possible. Well now it's shipped but it was defiantly not processed with the fastest shipping. It's been a week now and it's still circulating. It should have taken 1-3 days to get to me if it was fastest delivery. Needless to say, not very impressed with the time it took to send even after being told it would be delivered quickly.
I thought the picture came with a description of what flowers were what and what it was supposed to stand for. My mom just got a random picture of flowers with no description.
Item is fully customizable which is great and looks beautiful but it has only been a few weeks and pieces are coming apart. It seems as the front layer of material was warped and then glued with a weak adhesive. I feel like the price I paid for this product there should be better quality materials/adhesives used to keep it together and last.
Ring was very small and the engraving is not visible you are unable to see the name on that outer and inner ring
