Incredibly disappointing especially for the price. The writing was done in sticker that peeled off the minute I opened the item. In addition, they misspelled the name of our grandson who has passed away. The item was also much smaller than anticipated. It was marketed as a case to put flowers in so it looked much bigger. It is only 6 inches tall and looks more like just a decorative very small vase. It took longer than anticipated to ge to our home and missed my grandmothers birthday. Lastly, I have tried to find emails confirming the purchase and find ways to co text the company and it is very difficult to find. This is the first correspondence they have sent to me. I want a refund, or I want it replaced. I hope the company responds to this feedback and responds directly to me. I saw this add on Facebook and am beyond disappointed. Don't purchase from this company if you want a good purchase.

Rosefeels is not a good company to deal with. Waited over two weeks for a simple response on what was going on. Then they tell me 3-5 business days for a refund on a return but yet that hasn't happened either. I see why this company has such bad reviews. They don't care about their customers one bit.
Well it took a while to get delivered, but we are very impressed of the appearance and quality.
I received the print but only a week late but also the quality was horrible. It looked like the printer was getting low on ink and it was super pixelated like someone has done it on wordart in the 90s. When I reached out on to the company they were only going to refund me 20%! After arguing via multiple emails with a customer service they finally offered me 50% refund ( which I'm still watching on). They would not refund me 100% nor would they offer a better print even though the product I got was so awful I couldn't even gift it to my mom. I am pretty upset about this whole experience with this company!

The frame fell off as soon as I tried to hang it up. The nails were not long enough to hold the frame on.
I had ordered a customized item on the 11th in december and didnt receive the item until january 16th. I emailed the website and was told i would be notified about the item and i never was. I have received my item it came out very nice but the transaction and waiting and not being updated was very frustrating. I thought it was a scam. When you order from them know that it might not come right away or when you expect it.

I literally excepted the fact that someone took my money. My purchase finally showed up today. Mind you no communication from rose feels. At all!.
