Placed my order on 12/19 (grandma gardens birth flower cuttingboard) though I knew I would not receive by Christmas... it is now 1/17 and I have still not received any shipping notice. Contacted them 3 times via email, each time I have been told my order is being "rushed" and if I would be willing to give them more time.

Cheap quality

For $36 plus shipping I expected a much nicer platter than a cheap plastic platter similar to the dollar store. The shipping was supposed to take 3-6 business days and it took over a month. I will never order from this Chinese company again

Terrible shipping service

I placed an order on 12/16/23 and paid the extra $25 for expedited shipping only to receive my gift a full month later! They initially offered me a refund of $10, but I asked for the full $25 refund, which they did agree to. I should hopefully see that refund within a week or so. Product quality was not the greatest although the item did look like the images.

Don't pay extra for 3-5 day shipping!

I placed my order on Dec 16. I payed extra for 3-5 days shipping. I understand it was a little late for Christmas. I also understand it takes time to make the product. I received shipping notification on Dec 23rd. It stated a label had been made. I did not receive it 3-5 days later. And I counted business days. On business day 10 I reached out to them to inquire about my order. ONLY THEN did I receive any update on shipping. Its as if they forgot to ship it! I finally received it. The images online look metallic, not white compressed wood material. I was also not prepared for the size of the flowers inside the frame they were small and seemed lost inside the frame. Overall I was disappointed with the product and the timing. I will not be ordering from them again.

Website easy to use. Advertisement appeared wood frame with metal engravings. Entire item was wood. Still pretty but expensive without reaching my expectation of it being wood frame with metal engraving unless I am misspeaking. I can't get back into the website to view

Purchase experience

I purchased an item for a Christmas gift, and after a few days of waiting for a confirmation and two emails I finally received a response that my order was received. Funds had already come out of my bank account and I had already paid for what I had purchased. The item did not come by Xmas, which was very disappointing. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from your establishment in the future.

STILL HAVENT RECEIVED PRODUCT

I can't even begin to express the disappointment I have with this purchase. I specifically ordered from this site because of the shipping time and I was lied to and on top of that, ensured I would get an update each time I reached out but instead had to initiate conversation myself again each time with never getting a real update. I was told this item was shipped out last week and am now also getting an email asking for a review and the product is STILL NOT HERE. I will never order from this site again.

Scammers

Items come in blurry and about the cheapest products you can imagine. Blames the holiday season and begs you to accept 20% back for items that are literally garbage worthy condition. Then ask you pay shipping to return the item that is personalized so they can't reuse it and will throw it away anyway to deter your full refund. I'll be returning and notifying the bank of the scammer website this company is! Safe yourself the time, energy, and money. Do not purchase a THING from here.

Quality not good

I was disappointed on how cheap my custom garden sign was. It is poorly printed on paper thin wood with not even a real frame around it. There's no hanging device attached so you can't even hang it up. Don't recommend and would never order again :( I definitely feel I way over paid for what I got.

Bad quality, cheaply made and definitely not worth the $. The return policy is crap and they only allow you to mail it back to them at your own cost or accept a 15% refund. Total bs!

I received my item later than I needed it. I emailed them and they explained there were a lot of orders, and they were trying to get them processed as quickly as they could. I understand it was Christmas time. I received it and it is very nice and was able to give it to the person.

Slow shipping, poor quality

I paid for expedited shipping but did not receive my item for a month. I have sent multiple emails and still have not received a refund for shipping. The product was much smaller than expected and framed with very thin, light weight wood. Definitely not the quality I expected for the price I paid.

Delivery time is a joke

Ordered on 12/13 and it is 01/13 and still have not received it, it was supposed to be a Christmas gift and was advised per their website and shipping info it would be delivered by Christmas. I reached out on 12/22/23 and was told by a customer service rep Lisa to please give them a few more days, that production was being rushed (so 9 days after I ordered and it hasn't even shipped yet)….reached out again on 1/6/24 because still had not received and the shipping notification I got with tracking basically just showed a shipping label was created and showed it had not been actually shipped.
Again Lisa told me to please wait a few more days as logistics are out of their control. I requested a refund, Lisa replied a few days later asking to please be patient a few more days because tracking shows it was still being shipped to me (no updates associated with that tracking number except to say a label was created).
This company was very deceiving and misleading with their shipping information and advertising it being received by Christmas! I have requested a refund twice and they keep telling me to be "patient" a few more days.
I would not recommend this company. Curious to see if it ever shows up and if so what I'll actually be receiving, don't have very high hopes at this point.
