I was very excited with the necklace I received and the quality. The only issue we had was the amount of time it took to receive it. It was meant to be a Mother's Day gift and after paying for shorter shipping we still received it late. That's the only thing that will keep me from ordering again or telling friends to order as well.

You will never receive your order. Do not purchase their vip add in as it is a scam. They will say order is prioritized and yet you're stuck forever waiting. I've been in contact multiple times assuring priority at this point, with nothing to show. Over a month ago now still waiting as status says in production just like it has the last 30 days.

It has been three weeks and I still have received my order that I purchased for Mother's Day. They still haven't even shipped it yet even though it was supposed to have been here in 3-5 businesses days. It has been 16 days after purchase.

When I placed the order I elected for 3-5 days shipping. Over a month later and product hasn't arrived.

Item arrived a lot smaller than the photo's.
It is USD dollars, not AUD dollars and I didn't find that out until it was deducted from my bank account

Got this as a mothers day gift and she loved it so much. Great quality, I loved it also. Shipping took way longer than expected so unfortunately it was a late mothers day gift.

Did not receive item missed mothers a day and still don't have it.

Paid extra for expedited shipping. Products should have arrived in 9 business days; 6 days for delivery and 3 days shipping. These durations were stated on my invoice and the website. Package came in 18 business days, which is twice as long as advertised. No updates or notifications were provided advising of a delay in my shipment, and when I requested the expedited shipping to be refunded, no one addressed my concern. It was not right to accept the money for expedited shipping, and then fail to deliver the service that was paid for. I will tell my friends/family to avoid using this company, because of how I was treated.

Recieved the item later than expected and had to give the gift a month after purchase, instead of the 5-8 days that was suggested.

It took awhile to get it but it was worth it the people responded rather quickly. The only problem was that is came broken but I sent other messages and a got response

The site indicated I would receive my order in 5-8 business days. Little did I know it would take so long to make the product and then that is was coming from China. I ordered April 28th and received the order May 24th. When I emailed, the respondant was apologetic and responded quickly, so I was happy with that.

Purchasing was easy. Delivery should have taken 5-7 business days, but took 12. When gift arrived, it was in an envelope style package instead of a box with plenty of cushioning for being a breakable gift. After opening, the frame was broken in multiple places. Disappointed to say the least!

The sweatshirt is very nice; however, it took 3 weeks to get the sweatshirt. So, if you are planning on getting it for a special occasion, give yourself plenty of time for it to be made and sent.

Ordered a Mother's Day give for my mother who lives over 1000 away from me. Paid extra for expedited shipping and they gave the excuse they weren't prepared for the number of orders. I requested all my money back and they keep giving me excuses. Shame on me for not doing my homework on this company!
