Long turn time, poor quality

It took almost a month to receive an item that was not consistent with the suggested turn time and shipping time on their website. In addition, the quality was poor. The wording is hard to read, nothing like the sharpness they show on the website, and the name plates were put on poorly - not in line with each other and crooked.

Paid for VIP and expedited shipping. Package arrived broken and 3 weeks late. I contacted customer service and then offered to send a new frame and refund me 10 dollars. This took care of some of the problem but the gift was a Mother's Day present and it being extremely late was not good.

I ordered a custom Mother's Day shadowbox frame with pink roses. The item arrived late and the front plate that had the customized text was damaged in shipping. I reached out to RoseFeels to try and get a replacement frame or a refund and (after days of going back and forth) the only two options they gave me was either a 20% refund or I could pay to ship the item back and they would replace it but with that option they warned that the process would take a long time because they're in china. I would highly recommend that you AVOID PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM ROSEFEELS. Truly horrible customer service. I spent $46 for a broken gift and can't do anything about it.

Worst company

Paid $70 for a mother's day gift and never received it. It's been over a month. After emailing the company, i received a response that they would prioritize it. Somehow it was shipped the next day and out for delivery. I had a notification 3 days ago that it was arriving and out for delivery. I never got a notification that it was delivered and now i cannot get a response back from the company. Do NOT order from this company.

I ordered my pot a few weeks before mother's day to make sure it arrived in time and online it said it would be there that weekend. Well it wasn't and it wasn't there the following week either so I emailed and they said they were now putting a rush on it and that was three weeks ago and we still don't have it. Today is June 3 and according to shipping it is still at least 3 days away they haven't given an estimated time of delivery yet.

Anniversary gift

Love the final outcome of the product. I did not like the online order process, I did not receive an order confirmation and was not able to log onto an account to verify that my order was processed. It took several days to get a response from anyone that the order went through, I was close to cancelling the order through my bank for fraudulent charge.
