I ordered this with the delivery date set to be before mother's day. Here we are 2 weeks after and I still don't have my order. Bold of you to ask me for a review.
I would have loved to say I had a great experience, but I just didn't. I was very excited because I was under the impression that the gift for my mother would come in for Mother's Day. I continued to contact RoseFeels about my order and they just kept telling me to be patient, with no updates as to when it would be shipped out, after an entire month. I finally said I would just like a refund and the order was sent out the next couple of days. Horrible customer service, very vague and I'm just hoping I actually get my package. They also promised a partial refund, which never happened. It's also weird that their reviews are already filled in for people.

Paid for expedited processing (3-5 business days) and expedited shipping (3 days) on April 27. As of June 3rd, I still have not received my order. Customer service apologized and said it was a busy time. If that is so, then the lead times should be adjusted. After reading a plethora of customer reviews that share the same frustration, I have come to the conclusion that Rosefeels totally lacks any business integrity and should not be in business if they are going to lie to every customer.
I filled out the request sheet carefully and double checked date and spelling of my children' names for a Mother's Day hoodie.
The Mama EST date was off by 5 years. 2000 was what was embroidered when 2005 is on my request.
Then the names were embroidered in a Very small font on the sleeve when the picture of the model showed a relatively large font.
Product came after expected time and Rosefeels did not communicate that it would be late until I contacted them yo ask what's the status.
Showed up over 20 days late and when it arrived one of the names was upside down. Very poor experience
I ordered a vase for my mother in law. It included the flowers of all 5 of her grandchildren. A beautiful garden. I wanted her to have it for her birthday and a week before Mother's Day. I called her to look out for since I am in California and she lives in Arizona. She kept calling me asking if I had received an email letting her know when it would arrive so here were are in June and still no delivery. She is now leaving Arizona and coming to California to see her my daughter graduate with no sight of her bday gift.
Shipping said 5-7 days. I emailed every week, sometimes twice a week and now a month later, I have not received my order. The customer service kept giving me excuses and just never sent my $60 order. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I placed my order the Monday before Mother's Day and paid for fast shipping & VIP service( which basically ensured I'd be bumped to the front of production) Not only did my product take far too long to be delivered 06/3/24. It was also damaged and broken into pieces. Packaging is poor, was shipped in a grey plastic bag that had fragile on it. Something like this should have been shipped in cardboard. Disgusted with the whole process and won't stop until I receive compensation and another order done correctly.
I ordered a mothers day gift for my girlfriend it was going to be from her kids. I ordered April 30th and even paid extra for the express 3-4 day shipping. It didn't show up till may 21st. So much for a gift on mothers day. I wish I would have ordered something from someone else. When I inquired I was told sorry for the delayed shipping. Never got a refund for Mt express shipping. And when I did get a tracking number it was weeks showing on ship coming from China. I wouldn't have even ordered it if I knew it was coming from China. Very poor in my opinion..
