Anniversary Gift

This was the first time ordering from this site and I was pleasantly surprised. My wife loved the gift. When she opened the mom, it was broken. I emailed customer service and they were quick to respond. It was damaged in transit and they asked if I could repair it and offered a a partial refund. That was not a problem and appreciated the offer to make it right. I would definitely order from the site again.

Beyond Late

I ordered Mother's Day gifts 2 weeks in advance and they weren't delivered until 3+ weeks AFTER Mother's Day. Despite the endless advertisements to purchase from this company specifically for Mother's Day, the excuse was they didn't anticipate the large volume of orders for Mother's Day.

Disappointing

Ordered the birth rose frame, well before Mother's Day, came 3 weeks after Mother's Day. It arrived and I was very disappointed. The wood frame was warped, the name plaques were discolored and the corner or the frame was chipped. For $60, I expected more. Cool idea but the quality isn't there.

Took away longer than expected

It was advertised as a mother's day gift and at the time I ordered it over 10 days before mothers day they made it seem like if I payed for there "premium" service that it would definitely be there before mothers day... it came from China and was over a week after mothers day and was definitely not what I was expecting... colors were dull and craftsmanship was lacking... will not repeat

I paid for expedited shipping which was supposed to be 3 to 4 days and I received my order after approximately 3 and 1/2 Weeks very disappointed I was offered a $10 refund which I have never received I will not be doing business with you people ever again

Got a cute laser cut wood birth flower gift.
It took almost 2 months to receive.
The tracking was almost non-existent - I had to find a third party site to locate the info and actually track it.
But in the end, the recipient loved the gift.

Shipping not good

I ordered my product on 4/29 and it showed the shipped and to expect in 5-8 days but did not arrive when stated. Sat for 4 days and the response from customer service was please wait a few more days. After emailing and talking with customer service they offered some compensation for the delay and poor customer service.

I paid, what was described as a leather-bound book. This CARDBOARD! My name was supposed to be CARVED OUT. You just painted my name on there. You scammed me out of over $60, and you know it! This isn't worth $10! I will be posting your site as a SCAM site. I have a lot of followers on TikTok and I will be letting everyone know.

Cheaply made

I waited just about 5 weeks for my recipe book. It's cheaply made considering it was $50. I didn't get the correct size either. I ordered the larger one and only recieved a small one. Looks nothing like the picture. I do not recommend.

I ordered sweatshirts for my 2 daughters for Mother's Day. Did NOT receive in time, and if I didn't contact Lisa (via email) RoseFeels I still wouldn't have received the gifts. No communication and NO compensation. Lisa was NOT reasonable and sympathetic to the customer and the situation. I recommend never to do business with RoseFeels.

I ordered two hoodies For a person that wears an XL sweatshirt. I ordered one XL and one XXL. The XXL fit perfect, and the other one ran small. Shipping took a little longer than what was said, but otherwise she liked the sweatshirts.
