Disappointed.

I ordered a Mother's Day gift nearly 2 weeks before Mothers Day. I was under the impression from info on their website that I would have this in 5-8 days. The gift came more than 2 weeks after mother's Day. After receiving this, 2 days later the product peeled apart. I was able to fix it with Gorilla Glue. This experience sucked.

Order received very late

I ordered something that said it would take 5-8 business days to arrive. I ordered it in time for Mothers Day. I did not get my order until over a month after my purchase date, and well after Mothers Day. It was disappointing to not have the gift for my mom on Mothers day.

Not the quality expected

The item it self is probably $10, the quality is not there for what is being charge, I expected better quality for the high cost but honestly is a dollar store item, so disappointing besides arrived 4 weeks later than expected.

For starters I paid for expedited shipping, and it still took 3+ weeks to arrive. When it did arrive it was an absolute joke. Garbage really. The board was thin and flimsy, the little plaque with "Mimi's Garden was completely off center, and two of the names were uncentered as well. The stand that came with it was cream/unfinished in color and did not match the board itself. Definitely not worth the money and wish I could get a refund but seeing as this business has an F rating from the Better Business Bureau, I won't even waste my time. Should have done my research before ordering. Lesson learned. And buyer beware.

Not only did the package come several weeks after I paid for expedited shipping, but the quality was terrible. The item was completely damaged and it's extremely difficult to process a return and refund. The customer service keeps trying to get me to just accept a discount for a poor quality item that's damaged. They also wanted me to accept them sending me a frame and putting it on myself. Terrible experience.

I ordered a custom sweatshirt for my wife, for mother's day. After waiting the 18 days it says it could take, I emailed and got some generic response to wait another week and they put it in urgent production. I emailed a second time after that week had gone by and got the same exact response. This site Is a scam, avoid at all costs

Maybe the website wasn't clear. I thought I was getting a Mother's Day hoodie for my wife with each of my 2 kids names on opposite arms like the website displayed. They put them on the same arm and looks unbalanced and not what I wanted. Also the delivery box made it appear like I'd get it before Mother's Day but came later.

I purchased a cookbook for my sick mother for her birthday. I never got my order and after one communication with customer service saying they were running behind, I never heard from them again. I still have never got my purchase and they refuse to refund me or give me a finished product. Don't order from this horrible company and the customer service is pathetic!

Said it would arrive by Mother's Day, arrived two weeks later in pieces. Had to put it together myself.
