Although my order was almost a month late it was so worth the wait. Probably my fault for ordering so late. I'd say order a month out from when you need it. Customer service was very responsive to all my emails despite some of the reviews I read (they will respond)

I ordered from RoseFeels on May 6th, 2024. Today is June 6th and I have not received anything from them despite paying for their "VIP" service and expedited shipping. I am hopeful that I haven't been ripped off but the RoseFeels customer service team has not responded to my inquiries. Terrible service. Terrible company.
The order was placed on May 5th, one week before Mother's Day. I knew the item would be late but was extremely surprised and disappointed that it didn't even ship until May 28th and finally arrived on June 4th. My Mom loves the item, so if there had not been such a delay, I probably would have given at least 4 stars. Just be aware that they are not very good at estimating their production times.
Never received nexkqlce after wqitung over 30 days. Found out if was xomi g from China ( not told). Th m when I kept telling them I did not get my item, they did not believe me. They acduaed me of lying and still uave not given me my refund. Over 30 days ago!

The product you created was easy to design and very beautiful. However the production/delivery was extremely slow. It took about 3-4 weeks to receive after the initial order was placed.
Very very slow delivery, hoodie size runs small, thread color doesn't match on different parts of the garment.
Although at first I thought this would be a scam due to the postpone on delivery date, the product is beautiful and seeing my mom cry was definitely worth the wait! Good quality and could tell there's love in the product thank you!
