I ordered my product on May 3 and didn't receive it until June 6. While I wasn't expecting it to be on time for Mother's Day, I definitely wasn't anticipating it on taking over a month to get to me. When I did finally receive it, the actual artwork on the vase was so small. Compared to what was advertised, I feel scammed. Communication throughout the process was alright but definitely could've been better. I logged on a few times a week to check the status of my order and it was stuck in production for a very long time before finally getting shipped out. With how long it took and how much money I spent, I definitely expected better. The artwork came as expected just not nearly to the scale that appeared on the website.
To start off the Mothers Day gift I had ordered showed up late. Then once it arrived it was broken. Reached out to customer service and they wanted me to purchase the items needed to fix the broken item.

They advertised 3-4 day shipping for a significant amount more, and it may have been that time frame, however the time to produce the item was not factored in, so it ended up being about 3 weeks until I received the product. Had I known that, I wouldn't have paid the extra $20 for the shipping. The product came as advertised and the customer service responses were prompt.

They never send over a confirmation email so I had to reach out to make sure my order actually went through. At this point I think of I hadn't reached out they would have forgotten my order. The hoodie took much longer than expected to get to the point I for got I ordered it. Once it arrived it was the wrong size and the wrong color. It was also way over priced for the quality of the actual hoodie. I could buy a better quality hoodie at dollar general. I got a hold of them again and they didn't trust that I was telling the truth so I had to send photos. They responded with a 20% refund for and overpriced hoodie my wife couldn't even wear and did t like the color. We have been back and forth with emails for many days now and their customers service is absolutely garbage. Once this is resolved I will go out of my way to make sure I never use this company again and make their name matches their customer service.
When you go to check out standard shipping says 5-8 business days which is what I paid for. Ordered my product on May 8th and didn't receive it until May 30th. Was worried after a couple weeks because I never not a conformation or tracking email. I sent an email wondering what was going on and did get an email back right away stating they were receiving a lot of orders and I would get my product as soon as possible. Customer service was good just took awhile to get what I ordered.
The product is smaller than the picture shows. The product size is correct, but the hearts are a lot smaller than anticipated. Overall the product does look good. My biggest complaint is I purchased this product, Paid more to have it bumped to the top of the list for production, The checkout cart said 7-9 day delivery. It ended up coming several weeks after purchase. It the delivery time is long, then you shouldn't give the option to pay more for expedite production/delivery.
