This company is the worst! They will ship your order and then tell you and item is out of stock! I asked for a replacement to be sent and was told I would have to pay an extra 25.00 because of something they messed up... Please do not do business with daisy. She is the worst. They always messing up my order or something is always missing. Shop at your own risk!
I have had an ordeal with this company. I ordered $1,000 worth of clothing from Rose-Secret. The shipping was high ($500). When I received the items they were significantly not as described and I immediately opened a dispute in November. Paypal also gave me a hard time, more siding with the seller. I had to send back the items which costed $520 and they didn't even go to collect the packages in attempts to lie and say they never received it. If it weren't for the shipping company messaging me that I probably wouldn't have gotten a refund. In the end I lost $500 shipping the items back. Please don't waste your time with this company. It has been a long 2 months.
It is bad business to not mark Sold Out on website so that these mistakes are not made. It is inconvenient for customers to pay for stuff and then wait for refund when We didn't make your company wait to get paid. You are selling items that are Sold Out and not telling customers til after they pay. Not right

These people are a serious scam! I got no order number. No expected recieve date. Nothing. I'm very upset. Lost my money can't get that back. But what I will do is for the next 100 days is leave bad comments about my experience.don't buy don't buy from this scam site. Lost my money no kind of tracking number. But they took my money within 24 hours. Within 24 hours... don't bother don't waste your time... they stole my money and I got no product!

So I order clothes from them nothing was o quality nothing they have other people pictures using them as clothes I will tell no one to order waist of money and time
I personally love Nancy! She answers all my questions and corrects my orders when she notices an error! Tracking info is sent before I even have to ask and shipping is fast!
Trust me too much to go in details cost me a lots of money don't use! This company sent me out a tracking number they generated and never scheduled to pickup they word is nothing SCAM!
If I could give them zero stars I would. I really wished I had looked up the reviews before purchasing from this site but it was on a vendors list that I purchased so I didn't bother to check. Please do NOT order anything from this site, the pictures are very pretty but DO NOT let that fool you. The clothes are made with very cheap quality material, the colors are completely off to what's on the site. These people are thieves that are reaping people off of their hard earned money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! ALL TRASH.
