My parcel has not moved since May 2 and the status update says "United States arrived at Local Courier Facility". I checked FedEx and they have not received my package from the shipper. One other item was split into a different parcel and came, but the other 7 have been stuck in transit for weeks. What is going on? I just want my package!
Hello everyone viewing this review. I just wanted to take this time and acknowledge this company for being very high quality and friendly! I had ordered multiple items from this website before. I initially bought a couple T-shirts along with a handbag and heels, and I was very satisfied upon receiving my order. They answered my questions with the most respect and friendliness. It's now Sunday & I sent them an email regarding the fact that I haven't received any updates & my order still says it's processing even though the money was paid like it was nothing. Ive ordered 2 months ago and got delivery only a partial of my order. When tracking they said one is out of stock and will refund back. A month later I sent a email to support team to figure out my refund but nothing happened. No answer to respond. So be careful if you wanna order and thing from this website.

I thought this site was very cute. I've wanted to order from here and made numerous carts until I finally brought clothing. The website says 3-7 days until shipments are processed and then they will be shipped out. Today, is 20 days since I have order my items and nothing has been shipped. I have written 2-3 customer service tickets all asking the status of my order, the only thing I've been told is that one dress that I ordered would be shipped at a later date because it is on back order. Why does it take 20 days or more to process 3 clothing items? I do not understand and I don't think in the near future after I receive this order, if I ever do, I will be ordering from this website again.

I ordered a huge order about 4 or 5 days ago and I just checked on it today and it still says processing. Mind you I selected items that promised to ship within 24 hours and received express shipping. Everything I ordered from the site was for back to school and school starts next week. My clothes got to my address in a decent time frame, it was all here within 1.5 weeks after ordering. However, almost all the tags were deliberately cut off of all the clothes. Therefore, I don't even know what size they sent me or how to wash them. In addition, the tags they did leave on show that they sent me an XS when I ordered a medium. Furthermore, the clothes are not very good quality. I understand that they are cheap, therefore they won't be of great quality. However, two of the shirts are already fraying. Lastly, I understand that these items are returnable. But Romwe makes you pay the shipping back, and by the time its all said it done I will barely get any money back.

I had a bit of confusion with my order, and the person who helped me out (Robert) was so kind and helpful that it made my experience much better! Problems can be resolved super fast and i had very little complications.
Romwe is a fantastic site and I've ordered from them before and have loved what I got for my money. While this order was still pretty fantastic, there were some things that were sub-par. I ordered the Snoopy Print Loose T-Shirt, as I love everything Peanuts, especially Snoopy, and I also love loose fit t-shirts. The fitting is pretty true and accurate to size, but it's just a little bit too loose for my taste. However, as usual, the print on the shirt was fantastic, shipping time was reasonable when considering their location, and the customer service was great. I would definitely order from them again.
I ordered a bikini in a size xxl (which I had to search and search and search for.) When I finally received my order almost a month later, the bottoms were an okay fit. The extra strap bit that wrapped around the waist could have even thicker to keep from rolling up but it was fine. The top on the other hand was ridiculous. I don't know what size boobs Rome thinks xxl size people have but it's definitely not that. I've seen strippers cover more nipple and there's no way to avoid one third of my boob hanging out the under side. It's ridiculous lol
