It is a really simple program to use, step by step instructions with explanations. Unfortunately I did not have to use the program. But would recommend this to anyone needing help with what ever legal contracts they need, and will use it in the future should the need arise. Their customer service is above satisfactory.

I filled out the divorce forms, rejected the free trial and opted to pay for the document $49.95 and then, when completed, the form read on the very last line " this form is not legal in your state and divorce forms cannot be obtained from your state online. Don't know if I can get a refund yet or not. Worthless, do not give them your credit card for ANYreason, they are a FRAUD.

And if you did just call your bank and have them put a block and remove any charges. Their way of doing business sucks and they should be ashamed of themselves.

Bought a contract from them and like everybody else they started billing me their stupid $39.99/mo special. Called my bank and blocked them. $#*!-clowns.

So easy and fast! Very self explanatory and understanding of laws. I'm an senior receiving my undergraduates in HR and was working on a employee handbook for a small business and with Rocket Lawyer they made it so easy for someone inexperienced!

Chris was very professional in informing me of what Rocket lawyer offers to the customer. He helped me understand a lot of the perk this firm offers. He stated that he would call me and inform me before my free trial was up to see if Id be interested in purchasing the full year service.

This is a white collar scam. They make you believe you can get something for free but then you can't cancel and when you call they still don't cancel and the only recourse is to cancel your credit card. Do not use, tell your friends and family. I don't know how they sleep at night.

I was looking for one-time help in reviewing a consultant agreement template. I do not need continuing service. I paid the $6.00 one-time fee.

It would be helpful if you offered a one-time option without having to go thru the process and then canceling.

I called to change my membership and Grace understood my need and took care of it right away. She made the process seamless. A+ Customer service.

I needed a Terms and Conditions disclosure for my website. Rocket Lawyer had an easy to follow templet. It took me 10 minutes and cost me 20 bucks. Better then paying an attorney 250 an hour to do the same.

Rocket Lawyer has the best online products. For example, they are hands down superior to Legal Zoom. I compared 4 different companies and Rocket Lawyer is the best. The products they offer such as Power of Attorney are professional, official and effective documents. Most importantly, you can edit them to include additions or requirements for your situation.

Marly did a great job completely identifying the issue with being sent someone elses EIN number and she investigated why it happened. Very impressed with her and you should give her a raise when possible.

I went to Rocket Lawyer to use one of the free templates for my website. It was all very easy and now I have my form. It's so good to know you're there and I am grateful that you were willing to give. As my new business progresses, I will definitely consider Rocket Lawyer for my needs.

I have explored the site at least twice and found it easy to use, but my once every year use did not warrant a premiu m subscription. So I called to cancel, and the representative was spontaneous, warm, and attentive. She understood my reason for wanting to cancel and took action to cancel the account immediately. If I needed that type of service, I would definitely consider Rocket Lawyer!

I too had trouble with site. I couldn't find the place to cancel on the site. Says first doc. Is free but beware as is you don't cancel before 7 th day you will be charged 39.99 regardless of only doing one doc. I disputed unsuccessfully and will be watching closely for future charges. Stay away from this site.

Tucker assisted with document signing which he found a way through trial with helping me resolve my issue. Signing docs link needs some major changes and upgrades to make it more user friendly and easier to navigate to make changes. I shouldn't have had to call tech support for this matter which demonstrates the need for a simpler solution

I just needed to cancel as I don't forsee needing legal help in the immediate future. Christine was absolutely delightful, cordial, friendly, and trust me, in these pandemic times, that seems to be a tough combination to find.
