It is a really simple program to use, step by step instructions with explanations. Unfortunately I did not have to use the program. But would recommend this to anyone needing help with what ever legal contracts they need, and will use it in the future should the need arise. Their customer service is above satisfactory.
I filled out the divorce forms, rejected the free trial and opted to pay for the document $49.95 and then, when completed, the form read on the very last line " this form is not legal in your state and divorce forms cannot be obtained from your state online. Don't know if I can get a refund yet or not. Worthless, do not give them your credit card for ANYreason, they are a FRAUD.
And if you did just call your bank and have them put a block and remove any charges. Their way of doing business sucks and they should be ashamed of themselves.
Bought a contract from them and like everybody else they started billing me their stupid $39.99/mo special. Called my bank and blocked them. $#*!-clowns.

This is a white collar scam. They make you believe you can get something for free but then you can't cancel and when you call they still don't cancel and the only recourse is to cancel your credit card. Do not use, tell your friends and family. I don't know how they sleep at night.
I was looking for one-time help in reviewing a consultant agreement template. I do not need continuing service. I paid the $6.00 one-time fee.
It would be helpful if you offered a one-time option without having to go thru the process and then canceling.

I called the number associated with ACH debit and spoke with Sabrina from your organization. She was very helpful in helping sort out the issue. The e-mail on file was not an e-mail I use and so she actually help me realize that my card and identity may be compromised. I needed a Terms and Conditions disclosure for my website. Rocket Lawyer had an easy to follow templet. It took me 10 minutes and cost me 20 bucks. Better then paying an attorney 250 an hour to do the same.

Rocket Lawyer has the best online products. For example, they are hands down superior to Legal Zoom. I compared 4 different companies and Rocket Lawyer is the best. The products they offer such as Power of Attorney are professional, official and effective documents. Most importantly, you can edit them to include additions or requirements for your situation.

Scam artists is my term for RocketLawyer. Mom is 96 and I needed a Power of Attorney form. They boast, "We invite anyone to come make one document for free." I did. Then mom started getting charged $39 a month.
Marly did a great job completely identifying the issue with being sent someone elses EIN number and she investigated why it happened. Very impressed with her and you should give her a raise when possible.

June 2015 I signed up with their trial to download one legal document. I remember after trying their service I cancelled my trial. However, I never receive any email notice about member cancellation, thinking its been done and put this case behind. However, this month, after 1.5 year, to check my credit card statement to notice rocket lawyer has been swiping my credit card 39.95 for monthly premium member subscription. I immediately log in to the site to delete my credit card but failed as their website do not allow me to delete, also the website would not allow me to remove this non-consented membership. Its illegal to do this. And never billing me for charging my credit card is also illegal! So up to this date I have been fraud USD 716.10. Please stay away from this website. I hope to get my money back. If anyone know how to deal with this issue, please help me!
I have explored the site at least twice and found it easy to use, but my once every year use did not warrant a premiu m subscription. So I called to cancel, and the representative was spontaneous, warm, and attentive. She understood my reason for wanting to cancel and took action to cancel the account immediately. If I needed that type of service, I would definitely consider Rocket Lawyer!

After reading these reviews, I was careful to get IN WRITING confirmation that my account was downgraded to a free account. So, it has been "free" for about 45 days. Well, suddenly I noticed a $39.95 bill on my credit card. I logged in and I was switched to a premium account out of nowhere! I haven't even used the service in over 45 days and they randomly started billing me? I have the email proof that I should not be billed. For anyone in my position, PLEASE submit these to your credit card companies so that Rocket Lawyer's credit rating as a merchant is ruined and they cannot do this to anyone else.

I too had trouble with site. I couldn't find the place to cancel on the site. Says first doc. Is free but beware as is you don't cancel before 7 th day you will be charged 39.99 regardless of only doing one doc. I disputed unsuccessfully and will be watching closely for future charges. Stay away from this site.
Tucker assisted with document signing which he found a way through trial with helping me resolve my issue. Signing docs link needs some major changes and upgrades to make it more user friendly and easier to navigate to make changes. I shouldn't have had to call tech support for this matter which demonstrates the need for a simpler solution
