I was so impressed by how friendly, quick and complete the service was that I received today from Ellis. I almost expect to hear a grumpy voice on the other end of the line when I call these 877 numbers and instead of that, I was met with someone who was so courteous and beyond that was able to quickly resolve my issue. This experience absolutely elevated my overall satisfaction with Rocket Lawyer.

It was very easy to generate the documents we needed. It took us 15 minutes to generate a state approved POA. We called the next day to cancel and the process took only a couple minutes. There was no hoops to jump through. If we ever need a legal document again I would pay the fee for them to generate it for us. One of the options by phone was to speak with a state authorized attorney for legal advice at no additional cost. That was a really amazing benefit too. I didn't use that service but it's nice to know it's included in the fee.

I needed a document form to submit to a bank after my mother's death. I reluctantly took the 7 day free trial offered hoping that I would remember to cancel my membership for free. I printed and submitted the document successfully - very easily- and the next day went to cancel. I selected "Downgrade" to start which created a chat with a live person.
Who then offered to keep the membership for only $1.00 a month to access all kinds of forms and I can cancel any time. I know I'll be using living will, power of attorney, and bills of sale soon so I kept it. The whole transaction took about a minute in the online chat. No waiting for the "real person" to answer all questions and now when I need something I know exactly where to find and store it.

I had to call the 877 number to ask how to navigate your website in finding my lease agreement I created, as well as a few other questions. My experience with your representative Kristina was very good.
She was patient and polite in answering each of my questions. And I appreciated the clear and thorough answers she provided.

I really like Rocket Lawyer. However their needs to be some flexibility in price. 39.99 monthly for everyone just well isn't a fit for everyone. You have some people that use this to prepare three or four documents ever single day. Then you have people like me that need to produce one document once every three months or so and has to pay the same exact amount. Is there not any way to diversify your packages a bit for us starter ups that just need some help every once in a while but cant afford to pay hundreds of dollars to one lawyer for one form or 40.00 a month every single month to you for the same form?

I called rocket lawyer for assistance because I was unable to use the document that was procured for me from the site. I was on the phone with Kevin from their customer support in just a couple minutes. He walked me thru what I was asking and we determined the problem was on my end, whole call only lasted 5 minutes. Very nice to be able to get ahold of an actual human to assist with the problem quickly unlike many other customer support centers these days.

The best you are going to get with this site is a $40 document review. When I signed up, I thought I was getting at least a document review with my free trial. Nope - just as expected from hell hole that is San Francisco, you don't get much for free. $40 is the monthly rate and even then it's terrible. All I could get was a document review. A simple question of mine could not be answered because the lawyer I was put into contact with independent contract lawyer stated that my monthly membership was outside of the scope for Rocket Lawyer and wanted money upfront. What's even pissed me off even more was when I complained about this to Rocket Lawyer, they cancelled my membership and that was it. No refund, no response.
