Confusing at first when they appeared on my bill. After the rep received the information he needed to assist me with who they were and when I first signed up with the company I was relieved to know it was a purchase I made and not one where my card number had been confiscated. The representative was professional even through my Leary feeling of the charge and the questions he was required I'm sure to ask in order to resolve my inquiry of the charge.

The agent that helped me, Chris, could not have been better. She was friendly, courteous, professional, went out of her way to do everything she could to resolve my issues. When I explained the difficulty I was having with the contractor she was very empathetic and review the problems a couple of times and wished me well was getting everything resolved.

I used rocket lawyer to help write a letter and was content to pay the initial fee I bieve of $9.99. Since then they have billed my card twice for $39.95 when I call to try to stop them you get a run around after the initial wait to listen to their offers. Have nothing to do with this company they are just awful. I changed my credit card number today

Minus ten, frauds and scamm, I have had to change my bank cards! They have been billing two of my bank cards for three months and I just found out. This is advertised as free legal documents. I knew nothing about signing up for a service, it said they needed a dollar for something I don't remember that's how they get you're card number to defraud you. Cannot get through to their customer service and the passwords don't work. That's how they got me on two cards..
I'm not very experienced in legal matters or documents, but this site definitely helped. I had no idea what I was doing but the site but it all together for me very officially. The customer service was beyond A+ as well, best experience I've ever had! $40 a month is definitely not too much for how well this site is laid out. I was stuck in a bind with little money and little help or experience, and this all put it together and saved me quickly. I would definitely recommend.

The lead-in on the internet said, "100 % Free" and it named the form I wanted. 100 % FREE! I answered all the interview questions and when I got to the end, I had to enter my credit card before I could get my form! Now, I'm no lawyer, but, to me, that's not 100 % free. If that's the definition of "free" to these guys, they must have graduated from MORON lawyer school. You know, I think it's lawyers that give lawyers a bad name.
