Very easy and fast to create legal documents for business purposes right in own home without hassle of going to legal office and paying high legal fees. The staff was very helpful on live chatted quick to respond. Would useseervices again if needed.
I started with the free trial, because I needed some legal documents Quickly because I had a very short deadline. I was able to navigate the website easily, take care of the documents I needed in a timely manner, and at a very low cost. Also, the recipients I required signatures from, were able to navigate their instructions quickly and easily, which was extremely important to my situation. Using their service gave me peace of mind and helped me handle my situation with minimal stress.
And for a minimal fee, I can have access to my personal documents and create and save more for when needed. At this time, I don't require their other services which are also reasonably priced, I do plan do utilize their services in the future as my needs change.
Their customer service over the phone and online are fantastic! ( Christine Weston/UT was very helpful and listened to my needs as well as offered suggestions for other great services!)

Easy and very satisfied. I was charged 2 months worth of a subscription fee when my intention was to use the trial. I only used it for a week and tried to submit a cancellation but was not successful and did not know I had moved into a subscription memebership until I saw the charges on my statements. When I called there were little questions asked and a credit granted for he misunderstanding. This level of customer service goes a long way and I will use Rocket Lawyers for any future needs. Just paid to have a frustrating experience. Reached out about a delayed filing with the state and has at least three emails go unanswered by rocketlawyer. Eventually called the state and talked to somebody who could let me know.

They automatically billed me even though I never signed up for anything beyond free trial. Canceling an account with them was very hard and has yet to go through. I could not be more unsatisfied. They bill you $40 each month even on a free account and to cancel you have to delete all documents and then send their support an email. Even on my account page it says free membership yet they bill. I want a refund.

I was considering cancelling my service because I don't use it very often. The agent gave me info right away on other plans and I opted for one of those plans. She switched me right away and even refunded the last month of fees.

I overlooked 7 days free trial and passed the date and my card was charged. When I found out, I called company and the rep names Kevin P was so professional and even issued me credit. If I need any legal matter, I will definitely go to this company.

I forgot to cancel the "free trial" deal I signed up for and didn't notice for four months. (I also didn't use the service). The nice lady at RL refunded me three of the four, which I thought was very fair -- after all, it was my fault.

This site is a scam. Period. I usually don't write reviews but it was so awful that I felt compelled. I wasted hours and hours of my time creating a legal document that I thought I would be able to send electronically for signatures and the recipients were never able to access it. Then when I tried to access it again I was locked out and have not been able to access it since. I am so upset that I wasted so much time to create a document that I cannot even use! The people at Rocket Lawyer should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.
