I found this service a few days ago when I needed to create a document. I remembered that I didn't want to keep it but forgot to cancel. The representative was very polite in addressing my concerns and offered a refund. I ended up keeping the service at a downgrade rate. I was very surprised and impressed with the service today. Most chat interactions takea lot of time while waiting on someone to answer. The response was quick and I am a satisfied customer.

Needed to quickly provide a durable power of atty. For my 98 year old mother. The one she already had was created from software that we purchased 5 years ago. We had to indicate an ending date for the POA (no way around it) and so it expired recently. With the one from Rocket Lawyer, we did not have to indicate an expiration date, therefore we would only have to secure witnesses and mobile notary one time. And that was when we initially created it.

I subscribed to Rocket Lawyer to prepare several legal documents. The completion of the forms was very intuitive and produced professional-looking results. Having finished my tasks, I was going to discontinue my subscription. In the process of doing so, the associate that I worked with (Justina) described an opportunity to remain subscribed at a reduced rate. I was sold! Would not refund my money after I was unaware of being billed. My "account" screen has no record of my credit card information, dates or amounts billed, and I never received any receipts that they claimed to email me. I am reporting them to the BBB.
I was in the process of leasing out my first horse, and was browsing online for some lease agreements when I came across rocket lawyer... all I had to do was answer some questions, and their program did all the work! The customer service was excellent when I had problem with my account and my issue was resolved immediately! I will definitely be using and recommending rocket lawyer for any future lease agreements!

I signed up for what I thought was a one time use and then they billed me for the next 12 months $39.995 per month, even though I cancelled and never used the service.
Tried to get a refund but was told I couldnt get one. Do Not Use This Company!

I have had my identity compromised/stolen twice in a 10 year period. Alyssa made the encounter with Rocket Lawyer a relief. She took all the worry and apprehension away when we realized that it was fraudulent access to my RL account which in turn caused reoccurring charges to my debit card. Thank you again.

So often when trying to resolve and issue, especially one involving a credit or refund, there is a little bit of push back from the agent due to company policy, NOT THIS TIME. What a relief to be able to call and have friendly, quick, efficient, and accommodating service delivered. Connor checks all the boxes for an excellent customer service call. When I submitted the Quit Claim deed, the Recorder was impressed that I did it myself. She said it looked like a lawyer did it. I saved a $200 lawyer fee.
It was easy to fill in the blanks and I could easily modify the wording once I downloaded it into a Word format. The free trial was wonderful.

Allows you to create a "Free document" then at the last page before the document is ready, they ask you to register, so they can send you emails, and you lose the document completely. Don't waste your time. Run away.
There are better alternatives out there.
I had an issue where I needed to get a refund for several months of billing, and the customer service team was friendly, helpful and exceeded my expectations. I would be happy to refer this service to my friends and colleagues. Keep up the great work!

My experience using RocketLawyer is very positive as it is very user-friendly and explains the process of creating documents and how to make them legal & binding. There are many many legal forms that you can create and print out to bring to a notary public and then have them filed in your district court system.
