Save your hard earned $$ this company is a total scam. They will constantly try to upsell you, use scare tactics ("S corp compliance!"), take your money and never reply to any questions you have through the contact us email. Worst of all, even legal questions asked through the portal and are not responded to--unbelievable. PLEASE PLEASE do yourself a favor and save your $$.
I love how easy it was to complete the form and how I was able to pull it back up and edit some of the information without going through the whole thing again. The only negative would be the price. I saw some for 29.99 when I looked a few weeks ago but I just went with this one since it was the first one i pulled up. Thank you for making it available. Now I can get some things done for my dad.

Truly I was fairly upset before I called and had a struggle reaching people. Caitlin went above and beyond and before I knew it I was happy and knew I was going to be taken care of, the level of customer service from her really changed my day and I'm beyond grateful she's the person that helped me.

I submitted my credit card for one week free service. They supposedly would charge my account $39.95 after 7 days unless I cancelled before the 7 days. Low and behold... my bank card was charged $39.95 20 minutes after the transaction was completed. I was unable to get the document edited so I was not even able to use their services.
When I called the service rep to complain and request a refund I asked him how this happened? He said it must have been a computer glitch. Glitch... my hiney! They have it set up that way. It makes me mad thinking about the people who get charged like this and probably don't realize it. If you do catch this so called "error" they will refund your money. It makes me sick how they are intentionally ripping people off.
I will tell any and everybody I know not to deal with these SCAM artists.
Loan agreement and amortization schedule easily completed. E sign procedure was a little obscure and I elected not to use it. I will definitely use this service again when needed and highly recommend it.

I was going to cancel my perception and having a chat with Justina Martinez which was grate who helped me downgrade as at this time I did not need to use the privilege of your services. Times are hard right now and it was to pricey for me. However at $1 a month I can handle. Hats off to Justina for helping with that.

Sold a nice luxury car to a foreigner living in Chicago. I felt the need to have an accurate Bill of Sale in those circumstances, normally I would just print my own bill of sale, but something told me to make this one official with no doubt its legality. Somehow a one off use of RocketLawyer turned into a monthly subscription. (A problem others have experienced.) I called to rectify it and get a credit for charges.
