We created two documents during our free trial. Then I cancelled our free trial. Two days later, I needed to amend the forms. Much to my surprise, I was easily able to access those forms and make the necessary changes! Thank you, Rocket Lawyer. I will definitely recommend your site.

In this day and age, simple customer service is hard to hit the mark. Sabrina has not only hit the mark but she simply has renewed my fleeting idea of customer care. To whomever and for whatever it's worth, I want to recognize her for simply going above and beyond.

The hospital needs the living will completed.
The Rocket lawer was easy and cost $20.00.
It made my life less complicated. It has to be signed by two people or notarized. Did it in less then one hour.

We needed a very fast Power of Attorney for a serious family health issue, and I didn't have time to research, find, hire, meet with... and attorney. Rocket Lawyer was there when I needed it. I was able to make an account and have the POA I needed in less than 5 minutes. And that was very crucial time saved.

It was easy to navigate, easy to fill out and not too wordy, as legal papers can be. We sold a truck and needed papers for signatures. I will go to Rocket Lawyer 1st for all my look legal needs. It is a lot cheaper than hiring a lawyer and very convenient.

Did not know this service existed and would use it again if needed. Only thing I would like to see changed is it took me a good 15+ minutes to find the area on their site where I had to go to cancel the service because I only needed a single document.

I found the site to be easy to use and document very useful. I would highly recommend it for a Florida real estate lease! I was also impressed with the trial period offer as it was easy to discontinue the service within the 7 day time period even when I called on the weekend.

Don't let the word FREE fool you because it isn't free for long. It is totally worth being able to create the document or contract you need without all the excessive attorney fees. But it is also nice knowing once you purchase your document that you can speak to someone or have it reviewed.

Dru, listened to my needs, and recommended a plan that met my limited resources. I can afford to be a monthly account holder and help my family with most situations that arise. I feel confident that anyone can work through the questions in each category of legal needs and have a legal document tailored to work for them.

I used Rocket Lawyer to do a rental lease and it was a great experience. After speaking with a rep via chat (Kristina), I decided to continue using Rocket Lawyer to get some personal documents done that I have been putting off. Creating a document is very easy, and it walks you through all the steps. It also allows you to do custom edits, and this is just a few of the features. I highly recommend Rocket Lawyer.

I had accidentally let my trial run out and didn't need the actual subscription. I called Dru and she was amazing! She was so friendly, so helpful, and just the perfect person for this job. If I could give 10 stars, I'd give Dru that! If anything, she deserves a raise and a promotion as soon as possible!

Jumped on the computer needing a "bill of sale" format. Loved the ease of fill in the blanks. Great prompts. Had to use the free service option to prompt. But canceled right afterwards with a customer service rep. Very easy and professional service. I'm sure I will use you in the future as my business grows

This seems to be a very nice program. I like it, but it's just too expensive at over $30 per month for a membership. However, I do like that they offer an inexpensive trial period, and that they still have a free program that you can access, and still have your previous information available to you. That is a very nice touch, and shows that they are a Class Act!

The documents and the interview questionnaire interface has to make this served on of the best in class. The site does not overwhelm the user and allows them to create quality legal documents. I could not more highly recommend Rocket Lawyer to anymore needing a legal document.
