I called about 10days ago Chris helped me out a lot gave me some info explained to me how rocket lawyer works he was fine with me wanting to do check on the company so I could make sure I was not getting scammed an when I called back to proceed with my purchase 6 days later Christopher still knew my name an had my file ready. I found Alicia to be very attentive to my needs as a customer. I was interested to cancel my account, but she sugessted if I still want to have access to the documents/contracts I should downgrade which I was beyond happy to do. I was very impressed that Rocket Lawyer offered that membership. She was very knowledgable of the company and altered the membership more to my needs.
