We needed a Notice of Completion form to meet ARS 33 requirements. The prompts were good, although we couldn't get any pop up explanations for a few items the responses for which were not clear. Overall, a good experience. We've completed, notarized and recorded the document.

I was looking clarification and templates for legal documents. RL provided samples and included questions in "layman terms" that guided me to select the information I needed. And when I contacted a rep for account questions, s/he was very responsive and helpful! I was amazed, especially in today's time when great customer care has became a thing of the past. Had a small issue. My assistant didnt realize she signed up for a membership, I saw the charge, freaked out lol but got my refund. CSR was very helpful and very polite. If needed, I'll sign up.
