Your free trial will require you to pay the membership fee. Your given the option your given the option to select your membership. Otherwise it was a please user friendly service that cuts down on having to pay major expenses.

This place is great. I was able to make a lease for my rental property with ease. Couldn't have been any easier.
Then when I was going to cancel my premium membership the customer service representative was amazing. They did not try to hassle me or make me go up the chain of command like many other companies do, so I was really really grateful for them.

When I called for help today, I was very frustrated that I could not locate the employee evaluation I had worked so hard on.
