I created a General Partnership Agreement through Rocket Lawyer for $20 and the experience was great. While the agreement wasn't exactly what I wanted, the agreement came in DOCX format so I was able to easily edit the parts of the agreement that I wanted to modify. If you're in need of a General Partnership Agreement or similar document, I highly recommend Rocket Lawyer.
I needed it for a rental lease and it was an easy site to use and maneuver around. To set-up an account for less than 7 days was an option to do what I needed to get done and cancel before it charged anything to my card. Would definitely use the site again!

Had difficulty getting software to provide 4 signature blocks. Finally found where to add an additional seller and an additional buyer, but then I couldnt get a stable image of the entire document, then difficulty figuring out how to print the document. The print icon on your form doesnt activate my printer. Finally figured out how to open in Safari and print from there. Seems to need simplification.
