When I report someone it doesn't do anything at all and I still get bullied. Also, on another account I have put the right password in and it doesn't accept I couldn't get in my account and I have been putting in the right passwords for the other accounts I made and it STILL doesn't accept. This is around my 5th account which im not logging out of because I forgot my password, try logging in my phone, put ''forgot my password '' and it DOESN'T deliver, Anyways I am still mad so hopefully You can change this, hopefully I mean is you have to please I am begging to you to make this game even better!

Stalkers and hackers.
There are many bad people. My account got stolen and i paid over 500 usd for builder club. Waste of money, and constantly getting hacked.
Terrible game

Well to start it off i played roblox in 2012 and that was when i was like 4 yeah 4
I know that's not really important so leme just tell you why it was fun for me.

Well when i first joined i played this game called Paintball! From 2008 although the game is broken now so now it isnt fun anymore.

Later on in 2013 my brother told me what tix are cause i didnt know what it was i know it took a year but thats because my brother played roblox way longer then me and he was at my grandmas house at the time so when he told me i have around 100 to 200 tix
So i bought i lot of items but my outfit looked kind of weird when i tryed to make an outfit so i just put some nerd shades on and a shaggy and then i had a lab coat on.

Roblox is good no offensive content, no blood or anything violent, good for children especially from the age of 5-20 good game nothing sinister believe me parents iam not hiding anything its a good game. Play it play it play it play roblox play it PLAY ROBLOX.

The website version of Roblox will not turn on for me, because the ARM-based processors can only run x86 (the name is a bit confusing because it's actually 32-bit) apps, not x64 apps. Even the ARM64 (which is the 64-bit version of ARM processors) processors can't run x64 apps. Because of this, Roblox crashes all the time because it thinks that I'm using a 32-bit device, even tho it's 64-bit (I have a screenshot of this error down below). There is also the Microsoft Store version, which does support ARM64 devices, but it crashes all the time! Plus it doesn't have Roblox Studio on it, which sucks because I mainly use Roblox for developing games! I think that Roblox should add ARM64 support, as it would be a great move for Windows users who use ARM-based processors, newer Macs as they now also use ARM64-based processors(based on my knowledge), and even Linux users because most of these Linux devices also use ARM64 processors.

Roblox allows fraudulent content to scam children of their money and then denies all responsibility. My daughter spent 250 Robluxs on content within the site promising her a rare pet Shadow Dragon for use within the Adopt Me game. She never received it and was very upset. I reported the content and emailed Roblox asking for a refund. They told me to contact a game developer. I sent the developer of Adopt me games a screenshot of her purchase and the game developer told me the content my daughter bought from a fraudulent developer and to report it to Roblox and ask them for a refund. I opened a second ticket with screen shoots of developer of Adopt me games response and of the item/seller in which Roblux customer support did nothing. A third ticket was opened when the store and the seller was deleted and Roblox told us to "contact the developer" and hid behind their terms of service. The latest ticket was handled by a senior customer support tech who gave us the same responses after a lengthy "review".

Now parents, you may think, why are you supporting this 'violent game'. It actually isn't. People who write hate comments on Roblox didn't do a lot of research apparently. In Roblox not only can you play safe games, but you can also create your OWN games. This can educate your children on basic coding and engineering. Now, let's move on to the the part where you don't want your child to be bullied on his Roblox avatar. In Roblox you can disable chats with unknown players. Plus, if somebody bullies your child, they can report them. Reporting can and will ban the player from the game. You can also control the amount of time you want your child to play. Maybe one hour, two hours, etc. After their time is up, they will not be able to play the game anymore for that day. You can even control the games you want your child to play and what not to play. Now let's move on to robux. Robux is a in-game purchase that allows players to upgrade there avatars, and be better at a game. Now let's say that you child wants to have robux. Your first answer would (obviously) be probably no. But what happens if your child keeps asking you over and over? Like i said, you can make your own games. Help your child make his/her game and it's a win win! Your child gets robux from people purchasing upgrades in his/her game so he/she doesn't complain anymore, and that child also learned how to code and engineer! Now how about that.

His game encourages violence, death and horrible things. People walk down the street with a gunThey also spend a thing called robux on this game just to buy stuff. U MUST BAN YOUR CHILD FROM THIS REVOLTING GAME. Save their souls from this poisonous game. My child bought 80 robux for 1 euro. My wife is mad with me. And worse my son wont come of this game. He surpassed 20 mins. He hasnt done his daily reading for years. Hes so addicted to his screen. Hes a roblox holic. Dont get this game. It will ruin them. Scammers violence and sexual content. This game is a great game! I own the account badcc and i make a living off of it. These parents have no idea what they are talking about. Yes, there is an amazing filter (it gets annoying sometimes) and yes, there are ways to bypass it. The chat filter is barely ever bypassed, and if it is then block your child's chat feature in settings. So that is complaint #1 solved. Now exploiters (which are for some reason referred to as "hackers") exploiters can only "hack" games that arent filtering enabled (which all of the games on the front page are fe) Dont allow your child to give their password to a "free robux" game on the front page (they use bots to get up there) Lastly, sexual predators. Now, this is brought up millions of times, there is a. 001% chance you will ever encounter one. The people that are sending those chats are trolls. Not sexual predators! Just block your child's chat. Roblox is a great platform for making and playing games with friends (which i have 5 in real life that i met on roblox) with the endless character customization (if you buy robux, it's worth it) and seasonal events, your kid will never stop playing. Because of Roblox, i make 530,000 dollars every year just by making games and clothes!

Have not played for 2 years so some things could have changed. But one guy who made a one piece game and closed it for a 3 month wait update wasting so many vip server paid for was banned. I never heard of any hackers getting banned. A lot of game are based of other video games and anime etc. Liked pokemon, was really fun, and then nintendo shows up and shuts all those games down. Roblox should of seen something like that happening and should not allow certain games to be published on roblox. Had so many hours in those pokemon games and was very sad to see them go.: ( Hackers ruin games, but they are mostly in pvp games, so non pvp games you are good, like shark bite or titanic simulator (which is a role playing game and it was fun to chat and watch a boat sink). When i was younger i would have gave this four stars but i would have to give it two stars since hackers in jail break, one piece games, poor support, hackers trying to steal your account. So not kid friendly.

IF your kid is going to play roblox games, don't play ones that say Free Robux. Roblox does a good job at shutting them down as soon as possible. Don't copy any links users might tape in the ingame chat. Activate two step verification. I had a few emails 3 months apart of someone requesting a password change. Only reason i'm leaving this review, because those emails reminded me that i did play robox.

I have played Roblox since 2017 and the platform definitely has it's ups and downs.

The Good:
Ability to create games and a community.

Ease of use on site and in games.

Being able to customize your avatar to your liking (but without Robux options are limited)

Being able to make friends.

There is a game for everyone on the site no matter what genre they like.

Can be used to learn how to develop a game or learn graphic design.

The Bad:
Overly strict under 13 chat filter.

Predators leading children offsite to 3rd party chat apps like Discord.

Poor moderation.

Too many scam bots.

Download of Roblox not supported on certain operating systems.

Too many people who bypass the chat filter.

False bans (often occur due to ban waves which are bans of thousands of accounts or items for a specific reason).

Too many exploiters and Roblox not giving developers proper resources to deal with them.

Roblox screwing over small developers and creators by taking 30 percent (A player buys a game pass and Roblox takes 30 percent of the profit).

Not listening to the community and what we want.

It's own form of a stock market in limiteds, which would be good but they don't teach kids how to use it wisely which results in scams.

So, I've seen a lot of negative reviews around robux! Specifically around robux being non-refundable and parents feeling as though they have been scammed. Unfortunately, if you read through the TOS (terms of service) you will see that they (robux) are non-refundable and that by creating an account you agree to the terms of use. I've also seen reviews of parents being mad about accounts being hijacked. So, roblox is not responsible for currency purchases as stated before, and they will terminate your account to prevent more currency from being purchased. So, to start off with talk to them about what to go to, and not to. For starters talk to them about "free-robux" games. These games will often times steal your child's password in which, hijacking the account. This means that their account has been hacked. How can you prevent this? Enable 2fA (two factor authentication) this is a form of extra security and will help better protect the child. Simply enter your email address and hit enable 2fa. Essentially, whenever you are logging into your account it will send a digit number to your email address that you will need to enter. Finally, let me address customer support. Yeah, it sucks that's one thing that definitely needs to be worked on.
