I have been playing Roblox for over 3 years and over that time i loved it, its suitable for any age because there are game for small children like Adopt Me or MeepCity or more mature games like Phantom Forces and Hedgerows. There are some predators in Roblox but the chances of that are very slim, and most of them are just role-players, the Moderation is pretty bad so that is also a problem but that is it, over all the platform is amazing.

Roblox is unable to comprehend the existence of alternate accounts and muddles up log in information as a result. I've tried every password I knew to access either of my accounts but none of them have worked thus far, and every time a password is incorrect, it sends me through this 3 minute long verification process just to tell me my password was wrong. Surprise, surprise, I had to go through this more than 10 times. So much for saved passwords. I've tried to reset my password but it doesn't work at all. In fact, it locked me out of my alternate account and won't take the new password. After trying the reset again, I would be asked to send a verification email, which I did. I only received an email for my alternate account and when I clicked a button to verify, I was sent to the log in page only to have to go through the same verification process multiple times for no reason. As for my main account, I tried asking for customer help, waited two days for a response, and got the most p*ss poor answer to my problem. I was told that there was no email associated with my main account which is completely wrong because when you create an account, you have to use an email to make it. I literally wasted two days and two hours of my life just to get no where with this inconceivably terrible situation. How do you fix this? Maybe NOT have the world's most inconvenient verification process activate whenever a password is wrong and tell it to me upfront. Also, why do you have to verify your email? I understand if the Roblox was of a much more serious sort but it isn't; it's a kids game simulator for God's sakes not a government level site, though I wish it was because I'd get better customer service that way. Why can't you delete your own account. Why should it matter so much to keep it? As far as I can see, multiple accounts only complicate things. Lastly, reports don't do jack**** and the censoring makes no sense. You can find a plethora of hackers and bullies and can't find a way to inhibit their behavior.

I have been playing Roblox for 4 years I was getting stressed A LOT when in 2019 and this year but I never gave up I till this day I'm happy and Roblox is super fun. Mostly don't listen to "Robux scams" they're very normal to happen however DO NOT NEVER go to websites that give "free Robux" all they want is to steal your account and put maybe some stuff that private so never click on them or anything if someone tells you to go don't Roblox bots are truly the evil side and when your child is 8 maybe give them a Robux gift card or something it will cheer them up

People are stealing each others robux, i had 9 robu n it disapeared in the morning and i knew instantly iw as hacked. I checked my transactions and, not to my surprise there was a random tshirt bought with tons of people complaining in the comments how their robux are gone because of it. Roblox lets things like this bypass so easy and they never fix it, how? (ive added photos for proof) and the bots in games is crazy, its been going on for months these bots? And it took them a good year to fix player bots adding/joining groups/ sending yuo messages in your roblox inbox. This game kinda depleted since i was young not gonna lie. I feel im too old for it to an extent but i play with my friends because its fun, but its just the walmart of games at this point lol

My son has been playing roblox for 2 years and has been good since.
It is kind of addictive but my son is not addicted anymore.
There is games like plugwalks or scented con which have sexual content but the games get deleted very fast. If your son sees naked lego characters tell him to leave the game and report it. Also you can put account restrictons for them to not play scented con also you can turn off chat in settings! There are no swearing because it can tag it and also roblox is a moneymaking maschine but the prices are good!

You see, guys. Roblox makes mistakes, but so do other games, and most of the time, it's really just the people playing in the game. They wanted to make a kid-friendly game, but I'm pretty sure there are bad people on the Internet who do wrong things. Roblox might be popular and they might have so much to take care of that they forgot about you. But listen to me, it's your brains guys. Your feeble brains. You could've just emailed to them and if it doesn't work, either you have a dead brain or a dead computer. You people should be ashamed of yourself. The service is great and you cant blame Roblox for the games. Its the creators who make these games on Roblox. You should blame them, okay. And most people who hate Roblox, "DO YOU EVEN KNOW WHAT THE INTERNET IS, STUPID PEOPLE?". You guys make these decisions not me or Roblox. The violence in each game is from a creator. So screw the creators, okay. Check it out. There might be some cons, but personally its your fault if you think about it stupid parents. I love roblox and i am a kid writing this so you should get lost parents. I LOVE ROBLOX you guys are the worst if you are the ones who wrote hate comments then $#*! yourself bro. It is a kid-friendly game and some blood looks completely fake. Im giving a great reason and you are not. Are your brains crazy? ROblox is more innocent then most games like GTA 5 and Call of DUty 4.

Now parents, you may think, why are you supporting this 'violent game'. It actually isn't. People who write hate comments on Roblox didn't do a lot of research apparently. In Roblox not only can you play safe games, but you can also create your OWN games. This can educate your children on basic coding and engineering. Now, let's move on to the the part where you don't want your child to be bullied on his Roblox avatar. In Roblox you can disable chats with unknown players. Plus, if somebody bullies your child, they can report them. Reporting can and will ban the player from the game. You can also control the amount of time you want your child to play. Maybe one hour, two hours, etc. After their time is up, they will not be able to play the game anymore for that day. You can even control the games you want your child to play and what not to play. Now let's move on to robux. Robux is a in-game purchase that allows players to upgrade there avatars, and be better at a game. Now let's say that you child wants to have robux. Your first answer would (obviously) be probably no. But what happens if your child keeps asking you over and over? Like i said, you can make your own games. Help your child make his/her game and it's a win win! Your child gets robux from people purchasing upgrades in his/her game so he/she doesn't complain anymore, and that child also learned how to code and engineer! Now how about that.

If I can rate this a zero, I would! Roblox is a scammer! In March, I subscribed to their 450 robux a month and guess what? I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED NOT 1 ROBUX! I emailed customer service to see what's going on. They tell me to send them receipts and date of purchases and they tell me to do that in every email. Then when I tell them to just give me my robux, they tell me to go to my iTunes and they'll give it to me. Bull $#*!ing $#*!! No more Roblux 4 me

Roblox allows fraudulent content to scam children of their money and then denies all responsibility. My daughter spent 250 Robluxs on content within the site promising her a rare pet Shadow Dragon for use within the Adopt Me game. She never received it and was very upset. I reported the content and emailed Roblox asking for a refund. They told me to contact a game developer. I sent the developer of Adopt me games a screenshot of her purchase and the game developer told me the content my daughter bought from a fraudulent developer and to report it to Roblox and ask them for a refund. I opened a second ticket with screen shoots of developer of Adopt me games response and of the item/seller in which Roblux customer support did nothing. A third ticket was opened when the store and the seller was deleted and Roblox told us to "contact the developer" and hid behind their terms of service. The latest ticket was handled by a senior customer support tech who gave us the same responses after a lengthy "review".

When I opened up studio to create a new game, and then after hours and hours, when I tested the game, it crashed and then I closed it, then the auto recovery thing was there, and I started working on it again, then when I tested the game again, it crashed, I closed it then reopened studio and there was no auto recovery file, I spent hours on that game, only for it to be deleted. Roblox sucks so bad I'm switching to Minecraft now.

This is a horrible game/site. Twice now they have stolen money from my child's account just after posting money on her account within 12 hours she was locked out. Obviously we tried "forgot password" and received no email for changing password (yes our email was attached to the account) I have reached out to Roblox on several platforms with NO RESPONSE. We will never be on this game again and parents please be aware as I have spoke with other parents who have voiced the same issue. Don't allow them to steal your money.
