I've had an account for many years now. As im in college, I decided to take a break for about 2 years. When I came back the account was hacked (stolen) and placed on another email address. Emailed roblox, they gave it back. Sweet right? Nope. The person who stole it emailed roblox and stole it right back. Why would roblox allow this? Idk... so I emailed again. This time it's "oh... we can't verify ownership sorry. Just reset the password or give us another email address ending *******@yahoo.com". That was the hackers email address ending... I always used outlook.
So today I finally had to say goodbye to all my childhood memories because of roblox. If they can't figure out how to help people get their account back, they shouldn't even have support. Very upsetting.

Parents know nothing about roblox when parents see someone curse they think roblox allows it and thinks its a bad game that their kids shouldnt be playing, roblox has decent free hats that you can get they also have pretty good games you can make your own game you also can learn about scripting and grammar in roblox, reporting usually works with a valid and a good reason. Yes there is volence but its not like you ram into people then there are blood everywhere, i have been playing for 2 years and i have seen useless updates, sometime they listen and make really good updates, i recommend roblox for 7+ y/o

There have been plenty of bans on players who abused the system. But the ones abusing, provoking and harrassing those banned people seem to often get a free card. It is rediculous and discriminating that this can happen. In the past i made alot of video's of people who came away with hacking, bullying and provoking other players. Sadly, thanks to Samsung, those video's are gone from a crashed SSD. I will try and get more proof again of the injustice of Roblox.

Parents need to know that if your child enjoys games with high ping and incredibly low frame rates, they will love roblox. For the majority of us, who prefer low ping and high frame rates, roblox is absolutely garbage. Recently, they have forced roblox game developers to add a new graphics system called "Shadow Map" into their game. Shadow map is an amazing feature to have in your game if you like everything to look incredibly ugly, and you like having incredibly low frame rates and very high ping. This has essentially ruined roblox for me, and I have no interest in playing it anymore. If you have an i9, 20, 000 dollar gaming computer, however, I'm sure it will run fine. Overall, I think it is ridiculous for a computer which is of decent quality to be lagging on a platform which has games that are made out of legos.

My daughter lost a very valuable item through the Roblox Official Trading System. When we contacted Roblox they refused to investigate the problem. It took my daughter 2 years to save the items she lost. My children have had multiple problem playing Roblox over the past few years including spammers and pornographic games on the Roblox site. It is a very unsafe platform for children and Roblox offer extremely poor moderation and customers services.

Just to let you all know... I'm 15 now. I have been playing on Roblox for about 3 years now... and its "ok". In my first year and a half of playing this, it was like nothing else even existed. It was so fun to play that I was on it whenever I could. But after that, roblox became, well, trash. There was a lot more hacking going on, cyber-bullying, just crap that I couldn't stand. I had VERY FEW great friend on Roblox. Some I actually decided to meet in person and became best friends with in real life. Yes I know stupid idea but I had an adult with me so I was fine. But some of those friends I only got to see like once to three times a year irl. Ever since a lot more hacking and bullying came into the picture... Roblox just isn't as fun anymore. I have had my best friends quit and so I can rarely talk to them anymore. I just really hope someone can change this problem so my friends will gladly join roblox again.

Me myself is a f2p (free to play player), and yes, roblox is full of "robux needed" items that you guys will like, "powering your mom's credit card" to get some of those, but come on, its fine when we dont have any robux you losers, you can still enjoy your fun even when you dont have BC or so, you can just make a game and get robux from those for free!
Talking about games, its not just a single game in a website or something, but you get to choose from a huge variety of games that you want to play, from FPS, to Obstacle Courses, Puzzles and more! Sure i mean you will be like "but i dont have anything left to play!", then why dont you just create one in roblox studio?
So yea you losers who think roblox sucks, please take a closer look at it before making a review.

Roblox is the best game for kids! But it might get boring for adults but creators can change settings for their games. You can also make your own game without coding. Also, there are millions of games so there is everything for anyone. But Roblox should filter out bad games.

The worst game ever. Customer service is pretty much non existent.
If you have more than 1 account good luck putting bucks on different accounts. This game should be banned
And destroyed. You are ruining. Relationships with families. All my child does is bet for roblox 24/7. We argue about the game all the time. You are tearing families apart. Shame on you greedy people. Creating a game that causes families a lot of problems.i will do everything i can to boycott this game. I am getting the same feedback from lots of parents. We hate your greedy game. My child gets teased constantly because we are to poor to buy roblox. I uninstall game and my child puts it back on i hope this happent to one of you founders of the game so you could really see what the game does to families

I made a purchase of 2x 20 CAD on a Digital Roblox gift card (https://www.roblox.com/giftcards) but DID not receive a refund after getting an email Stating: "We were unable to process your digital gift card order from Roblox"

The game is interesting in and of itself, but the verification is a catastrophe. I get why you don't want robots in the game, but this is ridiculous. I've been trying for an hour to figure this out, but it says I'm "too slow." At the very least, give me more time to finish the captcha, or use a different one. My favorite captchas were the last ones.

I was playing this game called death note, this girl named moon something i cant remember her user but it started with moon and she is probably the one that reported me for this bc i said it was her when it fr was her, she was kira but yeah, getting banned for this is stupid and annoying, roblox stop banning ppl for complete nothing, if anything the only thing there would be 'btc' but i should be getting a warning for that, like bro pls stop banning ppl for nothing roblox and kids barely use the game like i've meet 10+ ppl only and them 10+ ppl already know swear words

I would say, in my opinion, that Roblox is a very excellent game. Besides the arguments that happen in games in Roblox, (which can be enabled by going to settings) it's overall a good game. I really enjoy all the games and the stuff you can do without robux. And there are many games you can play that don't need money, which is really helpful to people who still want to have fun, while not spending any money. You can play on any device which is also helpful to people who aren't always on a computer. I really enjoy all the different genres of games, and all the new updates and features roblox provides as it moves along the "journey". Even though Roblox sometimes has some ups and downs, it is overall a really good game.
