Somehow my son's account made purchases for two similar items - all while asleep next to me. He came to me crying. I even added two-factor authentication and changed the password after this. Then I get an automated email a day or two later asking to confirm a password change - again, sounding like getting hacked. Roblox comes back saying they see no indicator of hacking and will not refund the ~17USD. Sad isn't it? I have told them that I will not allow my kids to buy more Robux (and they hold more than 17USD left in the account). So they can't even make a good business decision though there is no way my son make these purchases and no way he tried getting access to his account afterwards - both times computer off. Yes, that's not enough for Roblox to provide even a semblance of support? Trying to make a 9 year old happy? Shame!

My sister's been hacked twice. She spends real money in the game. The hacker will change the password so she can't log back in, and there is NO way to contact support. You get looped with the same support form that gives you the same ticket number that never reaches a human agent. Disgrace of a site. Don't ever give them your details - not safe for banking info and a certain waste of money anyway.

I bought two gift cards and both weren't able to redeem in the game you reach customer service giving a dumb response telling it already redeem and they aren't able to help me out. That you're better just bot reaching customer service. They can't help you out. One was 25.00 and the other one was 10.00.

First after you sign in your character be a bacon hair at first and the chats system sucks you get hashtags and the characters jumps are terrible the jumps are not far too short everything and robux is not free do not download

My son was casually playing Roblox with his friend whiles watching the hit pop platform 'tok tik' and then he wanted to dress up like a so called 'slendar'. I was appalled by how it looked, and i told him i was going to talk to David baszucki about this, then i took his laptop, and he ate it, he didn't= even ask for permission and he didn't care when he ratiod me, my son has never been the same, he has developed HIV, Cancer, and radiation poison after the incident, here is a picture of him:

I missed when Roblox was a game for many people to enjoy, just playing survive the disasters and zombies. But that is all gone. Now there are bots everywhere. This place has lost its charm, and it has problems with caring for the people in the community, online daters are just horrible. Online dating has caused danger for many children on the site. Due to it looking blocky and colorful, children think it's a game for them. But it's bait.
Just. Please. Return to your old ways Roblox. Please...

Roblox's Moderation is awful. I got a warning because they thought I uploaded a inappropriate model when I didn't. They ban people just for saying gay, furry, ect. You could get banned for literally no reason. A lot of people have got hacked and have lost thousands of Robux. You can also get banned for calling someone a exploiter when that person is a exploiter. Sometimes the chat filter is broken and you could swear when this game is "for kids". Sometimes people can upload inappropriate models such as R63 avatars. Like why? Is the moderation team just a bunch of $#*!ed robots that don't know the difference between appropriate stuff and inappropriate stuff? Roblox, Please stop caring more about money than the amount of problems on your website.

I have been hacked numous times and lost around 200k robux. I have every secruity measure possible to combat it and still, I get hacked. I have been on the platform since 2012 and have spent thousands of dollars on this game yet Roblox Support is unable to recover it as they only allow for 1 account recovery. This is horrible service as being a long time user and have never been suspended. It saddens me to say that I will probably never play this game again as all motivation to develop on this platform is gone.

I recently disputed some charges on my bank card from my son's Roblox account. Roblox reacted but terminating the account with no warning, no notice. They could have just suspended the account but oh no! Since the account is now deleted, I have lost literally thousands in purchases over a couple of years. It's just gone and Roblox refuses to reinstate the account nor provide a refund for my purchases. Apparently, just because you purchase stuff on Roblox doesn't mean you own it. BUYER BEWARE!

Soooo i was just going to look through the reviews for roblox for fun since i personally like roblox, buttttt i saw that through this website it has 2.5 stars. WOAH. Ya'll need to calm down, just cause your son got his account deleted for cussing doesnt mean its roblox's fault, Janice. But, I'm probably the only one leaving a reasonable review currently. Roblox has many fun games, but there are some bugs in games. But these are made by PEOPLE and people make MISTAKES. There are millions of games and if you think its "boring" maybe you just haven't found the right game.

The game is amazing but there is a bug with the grids which appears almost in every game. The glitch is in the grids, it shows the places where the creator of a game copies and pastes resulting in squares to appear on textures. Would you mind fixing this please? Its really ugly and looks bad. Ik its not your fault, its probably an accident while making new updates. Thank you for understanding

I got banned somehow for scamming, but I wasn't but it's okay I still play on my alt! This game is so amazing that I play this all day! And it's fun to play! And this game is so nice to play!
