Not recommended, worst experience ever, all I wanted to do is change my password. Customer service is terrible. Robinhood says we sent an email which I never received. So, it's been over a month since I was able to login into my account. Do yourself a favor and don't use Robinhood.
Don't even think about using Robinhood.: I have not been able to log into my account for 7 months. Someone, other than myself hacked in to Robinhoodadded and change my email to my account which I don't have access cause I don't have a password. Luckily, I'm only in for $500. Which hopefully I can write off as a loss.
Contacting Robinhood is a waste of time by giving me a run around.
So STAY AWAY or you will end up like me.
THIS IS WARNING TO ALL THOSE WHO ARE THINKING OF USING ROBINHOOD.
KEEP LOOKING, MY ACCOUNT WAS HACKED.
I hate this service, it is the worst company ever. What if I don't know about the second party who supports me by fighting for the rights of a victim.Cliqrecoup was the support team
Don't trust this company
I almost got scammed from them if not for the help of cliqrecoup organization that help me recovered my money back.
You can't call customer, they put you on a call back service and explain that you will get a call from a specific number. When they called back around 3 days later if was a totally different number, not even close to the original. (I get lots of unwanted advertising calls so I typically do not answer unknown calls) I had to request another call again, and that took 3 days. Mean while, they have had my account on restrictions due to what reason I have yet to find out. I finally talk to a person and in the verification process I was told that my information was incorrect. Apparently, I used my old email address when I signed up. That one is on me! However, since it was wrong the want yo use email to communicate (that was when I found my error), so they sent an email with a link. The link does not work, so I sent an email back and Apparently the case is closed. So, now air have requested my third call! Worst customer service ever! I would not use Robinhood until their customer service center is undated! It should not take 2 to 3 weeks and up to 3 calls to get this resolved!
Looking for help you can trust? (I USED THEIR WEBSITE URL AS MY DISPLAY NAME AND PROFILE PICTURE SO YOU CAN FIND THEM) is the answer. Their amazing customer service and expertise helped me recover my stolen asset quickly and effortlessly.
When I got hacked (company in the image) is my savior they made it happen and I got my money back by making a complaint to them. They are highly recommended! Search for them on your bowser.
This whole week was such a nightmare for me. I was trying to withdraw a little bit of money from my Robinhood account that I earned from crypto, which I deposited so much to earn. And I ended up not being able to go through with verifying my identity, and it kept blocking my actions. I was trying to get on hold with customer support, and there is no way—absolutely no way—to find someone that replies to you right away.
I didn't give up. I kept chatting with that customer support chat box for days. Finally, somebody responded—luckily—because I was about to give up. I didn't give up, and I'm happy that I didn't because I was so close to saying bye-bye to my little tiny amount of money.
But this is such a shame, and this is such a horrible experience with such a big platform where people are holding millions of dollars, I believe. Shame on you, Robinhood, for stressing me out this whole week. I couldn't reach my money, even though I have all sorts of access—I have the app, I'm going through a facial scan, and I'm using my password to get into my account—and still, I couldn't withdraw my money.
I appreciate that you try to keep things safe, but not having anyone available to help in such a situation is a horrible, huge concern. Shame on you again, Robinhood. My whole week was totally stressful, and I was extremely concerned that I couldn't get my money. Thank God I didn't give up. Thank God I kept talking to myself on that stupid chat box, and finally, somebody responded.
Again, for such a huge platform: horrible, horrible, horrible. I'm moving all my accounts to Coinbase.
I received an email asking to fill the form w-9 which I DID in 11-30-2024 and my acount now has restrictions.
I also submit my ID DRIVER LICENSE and now my account still has restrictions.
I tried for many times support on line but nobody answers or fix my problem.
I also need to update my phoe number in my account which i tried many times and the app does not work.
Very dissapointed with ROBINHOOD!
Someone hacked my account and I cannot get in. And I've been emailing them for over a month to change my information. I hope this company gets dissolved and banned. Definitely operates as scam. Make sure to file a complaint.
Robinhood brokerage gave our money and stocks to a criminal. And after stealing our money. Said case was closed. They actually allowed another person to change passwords and withdraw our account. That is like a bank going in your account and giving your money to a stranger and reassign your account without permission. In other words they are complicit in stealing, a very bad company.
Alleged Manager started to put extreme pressure on me to invest more. I asked to with draw and they ignored me, I trust.Org intervened and got my funds back.
Robinhood is illegally holding my funds and making it incredibly difficult to communicate with anyone on their side. They initially restricted my account because of "suspicious" activity. When I call them, it was very frustrating and annoying experience, but eventually was able to verify my transactions and my account. Whats strange is that on that same day I transferred all of my funds to my verified bank account (the one that was funding the Robinhood account), they changed the amount of the transfer without my permission. When I reached out to them about this, they then repeated that the account was restricted. I then countered by saying then why did Robinhood allow the smaller transfer? They went radio silence after that and then had the audacity to say that they have the right to no longer maintain my account. If it wasnt so annoying I would have laughed. They have a policy of acting like children. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE ROBINHOOD. This company is a scam. They will hold your money hostage.
They enroll me on a gold credit card without my authorization by the time I found out I was missing around $100. I tried to contact them and they said they were going to take care of that and they never did. They were selling my crypto coins without my authorization. I've been buying crypto coins with Crypto.com and Fidelity and I haven't had any problems.
I am incorporated as a trader. Looking at switching account from Fidelity. Signing up... Trying to enroll w EIN... Zero customer service help, gave up after trapped in a loop. Sorry you don't want my $300k.
DO NOT TRADE ANYTHING ON ROBINHOOD.COM
I'd been trading issue free for several month without incident. But I've two coins on the server in anticipation of a spike. Without warning cause or even a reason why they've restricted my account for absolutely no reason at all.
THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not one phone number, way to chat or even email if there is a problem. ALL of the phone numbers you see listed online connect to phone scams. The person tries to get you to send "verifying' funds to a random wallet, the address for which they send you by text. Or they will try to get you to load and use remote access software in an effort to commadere and take control of your computer.
I only write reviews when I feel exceptionally impressed, good and bad. ROBINHOOD.COM is BAD.
Do not trade anything on this site unless you eventually want to be scammed.
DO NOT TRADE ANYTHING ON ROBINHOOD.COM
Right after being denied my investments here worth over a million dollar they insisted I paid a tax else loose access to all of my money, which is crazy and absurd, because I had no restrictions before that. This dragged on for weeks to a month and there was no wait of getting back my money, till I got in touch with JURIS RESOLVE. Com who got me back all of my money soo glad they did.
Its absolutely abhorrent! I spent literally 44 days trying to get a hold of someone within Robinhood to help transfer money into my Robinhood account and no one could help me do that. On daily basis, I would start chat support and request calls and I get a different agent every 2 minutes to whom I need to retell my whole problem and them promising me to resolve the issue without them actually doing anything. After 44 days of trying to transfer over 150k into Robinhood I decided to stop trying and bring my money elsewhere. I am beyond frustrated and repulsed by this business.
"Dealing with this company has been incredibly frustrating. Over the past three days, I've relentlessly attempted to process a wire transfer without success. Despite reaching out via three different emails and enduring a three-hour hold on their chat support, I've received no assistance. Even requests for a callback have gone unanswered. In stark contrast, both E*TRADE and Ally swiftly deposited my funds for the same wire transfer.
This experience is especially distressing as I'm in the process of closing on a house and urgently need these funds. It's baffling that a company like Robinhood lacks the ability to respond promptly or resolve account issues. Their unresponsiveness makes it difficult to trust them, especially in emergencies. I strongly advise against relying on Robinhood if you ever anticipate needing quick access to your funds."
I was finally able to do after hours trades and then it stopped working. Tried to contact them 15 minutes later gave up. Also very slow response times on trades.
Beware do not risk your money with Robinhood they are terrible. I needed access to my cash, so I sold all my stocks, and when I went to try to transfer to Cash and access my money they immediately froze my account and said it would be 7 to 10 days before I can access my funds. It's been 2 1/2 weeks and they have Refused to help me at all and they froze my communication as well so now I have no way of getting a hold of them through the app or via email. This is only for $3000 imagine if I had $100,000 in my account with them they cannot be trusted they play with your money and now I probably will have to look how I can access my money legally do not risk any money with Robin Hood you will not be able to access it when you need it!

Answer: YOU DO NOT GET BACK YOUR MONEY. SO ONLY INVEST THE MONEY YOU CAN AFFORD TO LOSE. ITS BEST TO STAY AWAY FROM ROBINHOOD FROM THE START.
Answer: Yea me too no freaking help whatsover. 10 emails and nothing i'm so pisssed
Answer: No you don't get help, i've sent 10 emails since 10 days ago and now freaking replies. Never traded on margin or options and initiated a transfer out of robinhood yet they didn't move everything and now say I owe them money. Plus things I sold out completely on 1/27 showed up in my Merrill account on 2/2 BUT at a way higher price than I paid. So such a scam and they will never help you
