Beware do not risk your money with Robinhood they are terrible. I needed access to my cash, so I sold all my stocks, and when I went to try to transfer to Cash and access my money they immediately froze my account and said it would be 7 to 10 days before I can access my funds. It's been 2 1/2 weeks and they have Refused to help me at all and they froze my communication as well so now I have no way of getting a hold of them through the app or via email. This is only for $3000 imagine if I had $100,000 in my account with them they cannot be trusted they play with your money and now I probably will have to look how I can access my money legally do not risk any money with Robin Hood you will not be able to access it when you need it!
Tip for consumers:
My General experience: If you value your money, do not invest it through this RobinHood platform they make it very hard to access your money when you really need it! They will freeze your account and you will not have access to anything, no communication as well, so I’m stuck here. I’m out my stock investment with this company. They look legit until you try to access your money! Beware!
