Extremely disappointing experience with Roaming Hunger. Ordered a food truck offering "Gourmet Mac & Cheese" based on photos and descriptions on their website, for a corporate, anniversary event. What we received was an F—150 with a trailer, taking up 4 parking spots, and $32/plate cold elbow macaroni. The driver, who was also a server, had a shaved head and was was covered in facial tattoos. He was both scary and intimidating to our guests. Worse, they kept most of the leftover food even though we paid for it. I feel strongly we were the victims of false advertising and misleading claims. Given you have many choices when it comes to food catering, I strongly encourage anyone reading this to make another choice. I cannot emphasize enough how bad of an experience this was, and how many thousands of dollars we wasted working with this organization. Finally, when we voiced concerns to Roaming Hunger all we got was crickets so this isn't a company that takes client feedback seriously, and they certainly don't understand customer service. If I could give them zero (0) stars I absolutely would. Definitely do not recommend!

This website put a real damper on date night. My girlfriend and I wanted a quick bite before a movie an so we thought it'd be fun to find a food truck so we used this site and found a truck near us. The address led us to a really rundown neighborhood that a food truck wouldn't even be able to fit in. I will never use this website again, I was incredibly mad that this website sent me to a trashy neighborhood and left us hungrily disappointed. Don't trust this website!
