My car was delivered at 23:00 in the dark. Not visible to me until daylight there are dents in the hood from the transportation. The driver made me sign the BOL without telling me about it. I realized the next morning when the sun came up.

Customer service is very helpful but is extremely disjointed from actual drivers which makes the experience stressful. My car was picked up a day late and delivered early and without sufficient notice. I would not recommend this service.
First I was told the car could be picked up without keys. Then the order was canceled by RRT, because there were no keys. When I spoke with customer service they assured me the order was canceled because not possible without keys. I call the gentleman holding my car for shipment and told him it would be picked up the next week after I (A)shipped keys to him or (B) found a new company. Less than 24 hours later he called and said the car had been picked up with no notice or key. I had no idea, who had picked up my car. The communication was very confusing with conflicting info and being passed around to 3 different reps. In the end I was pleased with price and timely delivery, driver was GREAT. Lucky me.
My vehicle, delivered vehicle with new (and the only) a dent, paint transfer, and scratches at 1:00 o'clock in the morning two weeks after scheduled delivery date. When I subsequently discovered the new damage, "Nicole K." defended the perpetrators stating that because I did not note the damage upon delivery, she would not even consider sending a claims officer out to investigate AND that I should not have taken the delivery at 1 in the morning. So basically letting me know that 1) it was my fault for wanting my car delivered immediately after it was a week later than scheduled, 2) it was my fault for not being able to see in the dark (driver refused to bring my vehicle into my apartment's lit parking lot), and 3) it was my fault for expecting this company to back the drivers in which they hire to represent them.

Horrible communication from the start. Never explained the process and pricing. Ended up taking 2-3 weeks to find a driver. Cost nearly doubled. Driver didn't know how to release the transmission due to an accident. Tried dragging the car into the truck and burned out winch. Other than Melissa who jumped in to help, amazingly non- responsive and misinformed they are.
I just found out the FTC has gone after another auto transport broker for paying for reviews. Makes me wonder if Roadrunner did too as there is no way they deserve the near perfect scores they post. Maybe they pay for good ones or cherry pick what to post. Wonder what #FTC would think.

I was told it would be door to door service. The car came late and they dropped it off at a church. I had to go find the car.?/ That sucked!

I receive quick responses when I ask for quotes, I receive a call/email quickly after I book a transport, vehicles are picked up and shipped quickly, vehicles are usually delivered in the same condition as they were when picked up.
So far the arrangement sounds very good, I just want to talk to someone to confirm pick up and delivery details.
Answer: Via the website it was pretty easy and they called once. But, when giving updates, they didn't call as promised and just emailed.
Answer: There are many shipping brokers and definitely do your research. I've shipped over 12 times and this has been the absolute worse experience I've ever had.
