Customer service was not available over the weekend when changes needed to be made to pickup. This happened twice and actual pickup and drop off times and dates were incorrect.

Called the day that the vehicle was promised for delivery, however the transport carrier had broken down in Georgia. We were not called and notified that the delivery had been delayed due to mechanical issues. Communication was very poor.

Pick up and delivery of the vehicle was flawless. When there was a weather delay in the mid-west, the driver was calling us every day to keep us up to date with his progress. Moving the car from Seattle to Florida was executed perfectly, just wish the furniture would have been handled as well. RoadRunner is a team of professionals and I would recommend them for your vehicle shipping needs.
The car arrived in good condition.
We made clear many times that there would be no at the reception point before the 16th, which was the date planned for it's arrival. It came several days early, and this created an issue. It also cost us for the storage.
There was also confusion in that they needed full payment of the storage before delivery, and for sometime would no acknowledge that the payment had been made at the time of pickup.
The original quote for the delivery of the car was determined to be wrong and they needed to increase the price by about $200 after the reservation had been made.

The service was easy to use and very professional. My only issue was that I scheduled for a particular date as I knew I wouldn't have the car until then. About 3 - 4 days before the scheduled pick-up the driver began calling me to ask if he could come early. Each time I said no, "I don't have the car yet". Then he would call back, sometimes a few times in the same day. He was polite, but I'm not sure why it never connected that I didn't have the car available to ship until the requested shipping date. Eventually I found a way to get the car one day earlier than planned and he was waiting at my house when I got home with it.
Car was picked up and delivered with excellence. The transporter was very helpful and timely! Thank you for your services. Keep up the great work!
This is the second time we've used RoadRunner AutoTrans, we ship custom vehicles all over the US, communication with drivers is poor, customer service is only open M-F and is EST, needs to be better communication, but the product was as advertised.
