Ritual Holidays are the worst. Please do not consider them. I had a very bad experience with them. They never informed the hotels the time when I will be arriving & as such I had to wait at the reception for 03 hours with my family. On top of that they charge extra money & I will say it's better to avoid such agents, they ruin your whole trip. You cannot say when they will ask you for money in spite of making full payment. They will threaten you if you don't pay what they are asking, they will withdraw all services immediately including your stay & cab. They will never listen to you how much ever you plead or request. Stay away from Ritual Holidays from New Delhi.

Ritual holidays identified our tour requirements to Shirdi very carefully and came up with an itinerary that suited us perfectly. The hotel, driver and food was great. Its a good city to visit on ur vacation.So many tours over here such as Wildwadi, Desert safari, Fishing, Boating etc. Lighting in the city at night time very nice. I suggest this as a good tourist place.
The tour guide was well informed about little bits of thailand history and had great stories to tell while we traveled from bangkok to phuket And the bathroom stops were well planned! The hotels were comfortable and well placed within the cities. To be honest, I wish I had more time to explore all the sights. Ritual holidays did that all very easily!
This company is fantastic! We decided our tour to pattaya with ritual holidays. They were so professional and delivered on everything they promised. The tour guides were all great and with 2 women not an easy task to keep us all on time. The hotels they chose are all great and the location in every city was perfect. I can't say enough of this company.

This was my first trip abroad, well arranged by Ritual holidays for a very competitive price and very much reasonable for Singapore and Malaysia. The stay was excellent in all the places and travel itinerary was well planned. However there were some hiccups in between.
Hence we need to follow up on the status continuously( staff keep on changing). Overall the experience was very good. Keep up the good job Ritual Holidays.
I have been traveling with Ritual holidays since many years and I think they are the best tour company around. I had tried a couple of other tour company's but didn't get the same service as with Ritual holidays. The tour guides have always been excellent and knowledgeable about all the areas being traveled through. The hotels are always good, the itinerary is interesting and always goes to the most important areas of each city or countryside being travelled. They offer excellent optional, tours, dinners, shows and sites to see. I always know that everything is taken care of with Ritual holidays, and I can sit back, relax and enjoy the tours.

Ritual even contacted the hotel staff for sorted out some minor issues without my intervention. Our Cab was very good (Toyota Etios was provided though the offer said Indigo) and Driver was very prompt, patient and responsible.
