First of all I should apologise from them, because of late review although I promised to them for immediate response. I am the General Manager of one 5 stars hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt.

That is why I can understand more easily all operational difficulties and keep my expecatations so limited when I visited hard locations like India. Also can tolerate some of mistakes although criticize more than anyone. When I read all comments about Ritual Holidays I really afraid they can satisfy me or not.

But when I meet with the driver at Delhi airport and started to tour in Delhi as first step my mind started to change also. I cannot say driver can speak English like as if his mother language however with his smile, his location and cultural information really was so attractive. Also he drive the car so carefully and his this attitude should applaused also because most of the world destinations tourist car drivers drives uncarefully and with high speed. If I have to evaluate him I can give him 7 out of 10.

Our first hotel in Jaipur. It was three star hotel. It was clean and all staff are smiling and they supply us dinner although we reach to hotel after midnight and their kitches was closed already and although they can just serve cold sandwiches they prepared us hot traditional meal. At the end, we keep our tip high of course because they deserved. On the morning time we have visited the landmarks of Jaipur.

After 20.00 we have driven to Agra and stay in Agra and tour starting from morning time we have visited Taj Mahal. Our hotel was also three star but they give the service like five stars hotel. Their room size was bigger than standart hotel rooms and bed was amazingly comfortable king sized. They served us traditional Indian Breakfast on the morning time and it was really delicious.

After Taj Mahal we spend some more times in Agra and continued to drive Delhi airport. It tooks approximately 5 hours and late hours of night we arrived. This mean was finish of good holiday and backing time to our country and work of course.

As final, I have to give all my special thanks to Ritual Holiday for this amazing tour. But before that I have to mention one more point also that is about the price. Before I agreed with Ritual Holidays I get the price offer from other agencies of course, but best price come from them, it is nearly 20% discounted from the others.

Last point I strongly recommend Ritual Holidays to anyone who desired to meet with great tour at Indian Golden Triangle.

1. Never book hotels, though paid 20 days in advance. Hotel at ooty was already closed - signature Inn. Hotel at Coorg. Coorg regency was not booked and replacement cavery comforts was extremely bad and shabby. No restaurant there and very poor food. Food brought as packings and no spoons were also given. Bangalore... Just b4 check out asked for amounts again saying ritual travels has refused to pay. Since there was no time to fight their goons and flight would have missed, again paid for already paid hotel charges. Mr. Rohit instead of listening ordered to harass us till we pay again. Fisrst they force you to pay entire amounts before start of your... and they don't make any hotel bookings.

2. Travel... Driver stops car at any point mid way refusing to go ahead. He will then gather many other drivers and they all harass u. U don't know what is happening. U call and get reply... your amount is not received, though paid fully and credited to their accounts in total b4 tour begane. 2 hours wasted fighting without reason in middle of jungle. Next day. Driver refuses to start from hotel. Breakfast cancelled by Mr. Rohit. Ultimately... could start only after wastage of 3 hours. Did not took us to many places, inspite if agreeing in writing. Third day, just refused to start saying there is curfew in city due to tipu Jayanthi. However, there was no issue and all other travellers were freely moving and all tourist sites were open. He would drive at speed of 10 km on completely empty roads. He will not go more than 80 kmphr though I'll go to 150 kmph after 5 pm to stop all sight seeings, while returning to hotels. Would park atleast half km away from site and his phone will b not reachable. U have to spend an hour tracing him and his car. This in spite 80 year old senior debilitated mother accompanying me. Will continuously b busy on mobile while driving and will reduce speed to 30. Won't use hands free.

3. Food... Though breakfast dinner plan was taken, 2 of 3 hotels didn't have any restaurant and not the ones which were mentioned in original itinerary. They got food from somewhere else. Rohit told u r eligible for only 1 plate idlee and half cup coffee. Quality... What's that?

4. GST... There is clear understanding by all travel agencies to give final itinerary and quote with all levies charges and gst if any. But they harass u afterwords.

So, b fool after paying everything upfront and b ready to b harassed... Seems it's their ritual.

Singapore Trip...

Hello friends, Singapore is the best destination for foreign trip. I went there on 21st March, 2018 for four days. It was amazing days by visiting Singapore. I have visited Garden by the Bay, Marina Bay Sand, Flower Dome, Cloud Forest, Universal Studio, Sentosa beach, Night safari, Singapore Zoo, Cable car ride etc. The whole city is very clean and very good people there.

They support us and also Indian restaurants are available there and hotel facility is also good. The city is safe because we can also go at night there. China market is very famous there for shopping. The currency is used there is Singapore Dollar, it is around Indian 50 rupees equals to 1 Singapore Dollar. Singapore's Changi airport is very good and very large. According to my view, we have to go Singapore in Life, it is a very best place. Miss u Singapore.!

Malaysia Trip...

Just finished the wonderful Best of Malaysia tour with ritual holiday & red apple amazing guide! The trip was everything I could have asked for and more. Transport was good - local buses, train, private mini bus - and the accommodation was great (comfy with all the necessities such as wifi and a good breakfast!) Best of Malaysia covers all the touristy spots as well as more traditional experiences such as the local homestay. Most wonderful place visited Sunway Lagoon Park. We were a group of four with a variety of backgrounds and ages. The small size of the group definitely helped create a warm and friendly travelling environment. The tour was well-paced with a nice balance of relaxation and adventure.

5)on 26th South Goa -the Guide was Mr. Naik really given lots of knowledge about each & every; location with past history. E.g. Mandvi Beach, Boat riding, Music journey on Boat, The National Jail in Goa, different type of Church, The temple of Shanta Durga really best. There were a special market for Wine which is specialtyof Goa.We really enjoyed each & every location & spots with the help of Guide & Ms. Priya. I really love her.
The service in hotel ( i.e.HOTEL ABALONE) The room service, Restaurant, Swimming Pool, Breakfast, dinner was unforgettable.
Means You got all those benefits of enjoy moments which Priya told me before tour.
She has given all service which she promised.
