This is my third tour with Ritual travels and I must say I am shocked to see all the bad reviews because my experience with them is very satisfying and enjoyable.

Bhuvi is the POC this time and he helped me first with itinerary and then with all the process. I felt the deal I got is much economical, so I am happy.

It is a 3 night 4 day trip and every day was planned accordingly. There were some options which I felt should be changed and they were happy to make to changes without extra cost.

Everything went really well without any hassle so 5 stars...

It was a complete hassle-free experience. I would recommend anybody to book their vacations through Ritual Holidays. We stayed at one of the best hotels in Shimla and Manali. Our driver was so friendly throughout the trip. It was a perfect honeymoon for us due to the services provided by Ritual Holidays. Special thanks to Mr. Vivan, who took great care and concern in amending the quote as per our requirements. Our driver was so friendly and had great control over the vehicle.

Ritual Holidays are the worst. Please do not consider them. I had a very bad experience with them. They never informed the hotels the time when I will be arriving & as such I had to wait at the reception for 03 hours with my family. On top of that they charge extra money & I will say it's better to avoid such agents, they ruin your whole trip. You cannot say when they will ask you for money in spite of making full payment. They will threaten you if you don't pay what they are asking, they will withdraw all services immediately including your stay & cab. They will never listen to you how much ever you plead or request. Stay away from Ritual Holidays from New Delhi.

I booked a tour to Munnar from Kochi from 16.02.2018 to 18. 0. 2018. The representative of the company Miss Priya was very cooperative, supportive and positive in dealing. Hotel was good. But the behavior of the driver of the vehicle provided to me was very bad. He was so adamant for not shopping from the outlet of his choice. Despite our making the full payment to the company, he received a message of receiving balance amount of Rs. 3857/. On my taking up the matter with the company he has not received the message for 3 days, he was insisting rather threatening to not to drop us without making the balance payment. However, on my vigorous follow with the company the matter was resolved

I had booked tour for my senior parents for kolkatta, Bhuvneshwar and Puri by Ritual Tours by executive Premlata who assured me on phone regarding good guide and good services.

Tour started with a telgu person as guide and driver in kolkatta who came for pickup at airport who was not able to speak Hindi or any language which my parents can understand.

Same was informed to executive of ritual tour and driver was changed but on another day with same Kannada/ Bengali person who dint knew roads, like he was new to kolkatta.
To show a single place he consumed approx 4 to 5 hours as he dint knew the road and he was again and again asking for roads and moving further, while my dad and mom realized that science city was hardly on 15 to 20 mins distance from their hotel when they enquired later. This even caused lot of stress and time wastage to my parents. Parents were taken for sightseeing at 10.30 am and left to hotel at 3 pm in evng. That driver dint showed 6 places from iternary which was assured by Ritual tours.
I Told this to ritual manager but he was saying like u should have left the car if u were not comfortable.
That idiot Guy dont want to consider his fault at all.
These ritual tour people are just mid agents of people like us and local tour.
I will never recommend any1 with this tour.

I would like to bring this to everyone's notice on how poor swindlers these agents of the Company: Ritual Holidays are. They ritually steal and cheat money from innocent clients. You would be rest assured that they are well trained in swindling money from you in the name of service, you should only pursue them if you do not value your money, time and your respect.

Technically, as on the Feb2018, if you feel to get a package of GOA, for 3 days in a 1Star Resort, with No Facilities, you would have to shell out a lakh of rupees. By the way, you would initially be promised of a package covering nearly entire North and South Goa, in a dedicated Vehicle, which you would then not get.
If we had even the slightest honesty as a country of people, we would have immediately shut these people down, but sadly they continue to cheat more people.

We enjoyed the tour. Everything was well organized & everyone is happy Enjoyed the Jammu & Kashmir tour (Nov 2017). It was our first tour to Kashmir and we dont face any problem but only 1 concern, we have no idea about local area & before tour start we dont given any advice regarding tours for extra Expenses for Horse ride or local cab required at Sonamarg or any other rides details, which should be share or inform to us in advance before tour start. We have paid Rs. ******* for local cab in sonamarg which was not informing us in advance, later we know that cab charges was only 2,500 in sonamarg but we have paid 4 times more there. After that tour operator guide us properly & inform us well in advance for market & other areas. One couple was not felling well In Pahalgam, so in last movement our hotel was upgraded without any charges. In future if any tours are operating please guide them for additional charge & Local area details in advance so they may not cheated.

We booked a Goa trip 4 days and 5 nights. We were assured 2 days sightseeing and 3rd day additional cruise trip. We're surprised to know that our package was for one day sightseeing and that to by public transport. After making several calls the sales guy Gaurav DAS said this was not in the package I had the email he sent which clearly says 3 days sightseeing. Didn't want to spoil my trip. I managed on my own. I would highly recommend not to use ritual holiday don't even try

Have found Ritual Holidays is most unprofessional company having no business ethics. Had booked one holiday trip Gujrat from 30th Dec 2017 to 08 Jan 2018 & paid the advance amount of Rs 5000/-.

But to my shock when I got the list of hotels, not even a single property was offered which was shown when I made the advance payment.
Same with me "On enquiring, I was very rudely told. By one Mr. Pallav to get your booking cancelled or pay extra offering those hotels.

The treatment meted out to me by Mr. Pallav was totally shocking and unethical &

I am also make alternate arrangement at the last moment.

Totally unprofessional company with rude staff. I will never recommend to any of my known circle. These are points that I have asked for change to Mr. Pallav ji

1) Wrong entry of individual in package. We are total 03 adults and one child total 04 but in package written 03 adult only.

2) We request change of our Hotels in his selected Hotels list but not responded.

3) Pickup From Ahmedabad and Drop is Ahmedabad but in package written as Pickup from Ahmedabad and drop in Diu.

I have already deposited Rs. 5000/- for booking through internet banking, the transaction is Receipt No: RH5177GUJ*******.

God will sure justice with us, we are doing hard works and total one year to collect our money for family happiness but some cheater is in this world.

Have found Ritual Holidays is most unprofessional company having no business ethics. Had booked one holiday trip from delhi to Gujrat from 27th oct 2017 to 31st Oct& paid the advance amount of Rs *******/-. But to my shock when I got the list of hotels, not even a single property was offered which was shown when I made the advance payment. On enquiring, I was very rudely told. By one Mr. Pallav to get your booking cancelled or pay extra ******* for offering those hotels. The treatment meted out to me by Mr. Pallav was totally shocking and unethical & I had to make alternate arrangement at the last moment. Totally unprofessional company with rude staff. I will never recommend to any of my known circle.

We only had few days in Singapore and wanted to make the absolute most of our trip. We were concerned that with larger tour groups, we may not get through all the sites or it may take twice as long with lots of people. Best decision we ever made was to book tours with Ritual holidays. Our guides were fluent in English, native to Singapore, passionate about their jobs and incredibly knowledgeable! We genuinely had a blast and felt like they were part of it with us, rather than feeling like we had a stranger with us. We were actually sad to see them leave at the end of the day. Of all the places we've traveled, this was by far our most exciting and fun experience. We will absolutely use Ritual holidays again.

We went as a family for 6 nights and 7 days in September 2017 having booked with Ritual Holidays. Trip was overall great and no problems anywhere. Though at later stage I was lil worried cuz f our Malaysian visas which we got only a day prior to our departure. I really appreciate the response of Mr. Deepak who gave us very good response post sales. I guess he had even worked extra hours since it was holiday time. The only thing at the trips is you need to be punctual. Hotels provided were superior and worth the price. Always avoid budget airlines. We went by Singapore Airlines and has excellent features and service. If you spare extra days then you have a lot to see. Kids of age 5 and 2 also enjoyed a lot. Expect drizzle anytime at both countries. Would love to go again. Extra effort and doing your homework will Ben worth it. Always check out for events like Grand Prix at Singapore. Few places are not accessible in that period. Lot of options for food where we stayed and faced no problems. Hotel staffs were courteous enough to cater to additional requests.
