I booked for Nainital package with them... I had worst experience with their service. Mr Naresh was my Co ordinator. He never picks up the cal. If at all he picks up, he will say some excuse and won't respond to our queries. Till now I have not got any mail response from them. Only mail which I get is to pay the money before starting up the package. If we pay 100 percent, then they won't bother about customer service... Only good thing which I can say is, I got good driver. So I was able to cover almost all part of nainital and Ranikhet.
We have multiple number of tour operators, so please don't choose Ritual Holidays. May be the company will be good. But unfortunately I got Mr Naresh who don't know to serve the customer need. Also he has booked Hotel at Ranikhet which is tooo interior from Ranikhet,
Somewhat in Jungle he has booked. When I complained about this stay, he did not bother at all because he got full money. His attitude is too bad. Only I have to follow up number of times for everything. He need money from customer full in advance. That's al. I won't recommend this operators.

Ritual Holidays' travel partner - red apple and travel bullz are well known and authentic tour operator. Entire team is very co-operative and helpful. I want to share one small experience - I forgot my mobile in tour cab at Singapore, I called assistance number and informed the same. I really appreciate that the driver personally came at hotel to handover my mobile. I would like to say thanks to Deepak Tripathi, Anshul, Sourav, Sanjoy, Veer and entire Ritual Holiday team for end to end support. I would definitely suggest Ritual Holiday to all my friends and colleagues. It was remembered trip with Ritual Holidays. Thanks!

Overall it was a good trip. From Ritualholidays you can actually customized your trip in such way that you can enjoy each n every moment with affordable price.
I have customized my trip for 6 nights 7 days
And they provide some complementary things for you if you are going for Honeymoon. Flower decoration for one night in the room. Welcome drink. One dinner. But unfortunately I did not get the flower decoration which is the low point and other one is water sports you get only 2 water sports in package. And it will cost you in Bali if you want to do additional water sports.
Accomodation is also good. First hotel is so so not so good but the second one is awesome
Tour guide is also very helpful and polite on last they he help us in shopping and in transportation
Overall it was a great fun we enjoyed alot

I have returned with family very recently after enjoying the Singapore & Malaysia (6 Nights 7 Days) Holiday Package offered by Ritual Holidays, New Delhi. The travel itinerary was really fantastic and meticulously executed by their partner Red Apple. The hotels and the transports were very satisfying. I sincerely thank both the travel partners for their fidelity and transparency in handling their guests and strongly recommending others to enjoy the hospitality of the Ritual Holidays / Red Apple.

Ritual holidays is one of worst tour where I have seen and after initial payment they wil not give proper response, regarding the information of driver. After that they didn't make a query regarding the tour. They arranged a hotel far away from the town area and we had to call other vehicle to reach at the hotel. We had to force the driver to make visit places also. Felt very negative on this company. After the journey we made negative feedback through email. But they didnt make response to my mail. And after that i called the organiser Rohith over phone. But we didnt received a positive response. Feeling very bad about the company. I recommended one of my friend with me. Mr. Arun. We will never prefer your company in our future. And will never recommend to others also from Kerala.

International trip was on my bucket list from a long time... and finally it happened... 4 girls including me planned to travel to Thailand... we contacted many travel agents and ended up with ritual holidays(Deepak Tripathi *******340)... they helped us to customize the package according to our wish... so Phuket and krabi were finalised as destinations.It was a 6 nights 7 days package including sight seeing, accommodation, flight expenses, meals and transfers from hotel to spots. Overall the trip was amazing... in Phuket, we checked in to jiraporn hill resort... day 1 was at leisure, day 2 we were taken to phi phi island through a cruise, day 3 we were taken to James Bond island after visiting reclining Buddha statue, day 4 was a half city tour( including dolphin show, tiger kingdom, honey farm, gem gallery, cashewnut factory) and transferred to krabi and checked into. Marina express fisherman hotel... day 5 was a 4 island tour( including Poda Island, chicken island, tup island and pranang cave and day 6 we were taken to emerald pool, hot water spring and tiger cave temple. Day 7 we departed at around 5 pm after taking a relaxing massage in the morning. The beaches were mesmerising... thanks to ritual holidays for making this trip a memorable one... also big thanks to Sujit for organising such an amazing trip (Sujit **************)

It was our first anniversary and we were planning to book a tour to Singapore. After going through many tour & travel companies, we happened to come across RITUAL HOLIDAYS. We were happy to know that they were ready to customise the itinerary and the rate they offered was much less than what others were offering so we decided to go ahead with them. Overall the experience was good. Would look forward to book with them in future as well.
