Premier trailer park
August 23, 2024

Biggest rip off senice the park was put in place. They took away the office that had been ruined for over 10 years by the same people without any trouble, except the low life's that wasn't clean up their mess, and people taking up 2 and 3 lot without paying rent. I've lived in this place since 2003 now I'm ashamed to call it home. Liars, theirs and drug dealers.

Site frankly has no business even existing. It's effectively nothing more than an extortion platform. Where the owner demands large sums of money to delete unsubstantiated accusations. You can write anything about pretty much anyone, the only way it'll be addressed is if you attempt to write something slanderous about someone who could harm the website (For example, a google executive).

It's useless for consumers, because no claims on the site are verified or investigated in anyway. You can go file a report on anything, even private individuals, and write absolutely anything you want about them. It serves no purpose for businesses, as it's entire business model is built around digital extortion.

MAX IS A CRIMINAL
November 28, 2016

This guy thinks he can get away with magic by hiring multiple cheap lawyers and posting novel length comments or feedback but yet he is not picking up his phone or dealing with it like a proper individual. Stop hiding behind the curtain, grow a set and man up!

I called A&J Appliance Repair Service located in Stuart Florida to repair my dryer. I guess the biggest mistake I made was to take someone else's experience with this company and not do my own research. Dealing with them is one of the worst experiences I've ever had and I've been around a long time. My advise is to check out any company before making an appointment and to always use your credit card for protection. Never call A&J.

All Lies, not verified
February 19, 2021

The owner of this site is the ultimate fat troll who gets off on posting unverified lies. Anyone can go on at anytime and write anything, even if you don't own a business. This site is absolutely ridiculous and shouldn't even be allowed to run.

I've been using Ripoff Report for years. It helped me deal with a very bullish landlady, a boss who was extremely mean and sexist, a workplace that was wearing me down, a guy blogger who gets on my nerves, a cleaning fluid that is toxic, the same bullish landlady once again, and tee-shirt company displaying religious logo on underwear they were selling. All this venting really helped me think things through as well as possibly expose some things or organizations for what they are. RateMDs re-organizes their website and removes all their reviews; I couldn't even log in anymore. Not Ripoff. I also like checking out what some other people might have said about an organization or product.

The Better Business Bureau gave this an F rating. They have 51 disputes filed against them in which the business failed to respond. This is a phishing and scam site which uses personal information for malware and harassment.

February 17, 2022

Cash App is pure Ripoff of an app letting deposit money but anytime you need to cash out a charge to get the cash into your bank instantly almost $8.45 to get you $480 back to your account otherwise wait 6 days to get your money free of frees. What a real Ripoff service.
By the way the online help desk is useless.

Tried to leave a review about TerryWilson3 on the site RipoffReport and could not do it. The site would NOT let me register!

After some investigating i know why i couldn't leave a review.

Also, the negative review i had on sitejabber about Terry Wilson3 mysteriously disappeared and several glowing reviews popped up! Hmmm imagine that

Has Iowa posted the damages they had to pay to Rip Off Report, Iowa was propped up by some very bad players (Attorneys) who have a personal vendetta against the consumer reporting division. If a public prosecutor (District Attorney) has been violating his elected position by using strong arm tactics the taxpayers of Iowa need to determine if our money should be spent chasing down silly issues.

I provided emails proving that someone posted a FAKE review for someone else without their consent. We had already resolved the matter with the real customer.

This website does not require any facts to support complaints. I have found this to be a Jerry Springer of websites intent on destroying people and business versus valid truth.

Additionally concerned because anyone that I am aware of that has visited the site ends up with a terrible virus on their computer.

A bad and totally unfair place. Anyone with a grudge of any kind against a business, or even a competitor can post whatever lies they like. Sure, you can, as a business owner, post a rebuttal, but the rebuttal appears way down in the page where few people see it, and also serves to boost the page in search engine findings so more potential customers will find it. When they do, they see the blaring negative headline and may never actually visit the page itself to see the rebuttal. This damned place has allowed many good companies reputations to be maligned and damaged. Shame on this site. May they rot.

As a business owner I was notified by ripoffreport.com that they had received a complaint from one of my customers. After clicking on their link to what I thought would take me directly to the complaint, instead I received their order page.

I then when directly to their main webpage, ripoffreport.com, put in my company's name and received the following response:

I don't believe this site serves a useful purpose for businesses, but it may do well for consumers.

Great for the reporter but, watch out if you're the "report~ee" There are always 2 or more sides to a story and unless the reporter of such information is quite sure of his/her facts, they need not post there (whew)

Thanx a hoot for this heads up hon <3

Like Sitejabber, Ripoff report.com is a site which takes consumer input and posts them on a searchable database for all to see. This is a second site which I go to whenever I do not find enough information about businesses here on Sitejabber.

They allow rebuttals to unflattering posts, and refuse to take ANY reviews down for any reason. (including the rebuttals). This way, they are able to be fair and balanced insofar as the business being reviewed can defend themselves if they so choose.

Oddly, there are not many who do. This leads me to believe that the critiques stand as being valid and true; either that or the businesses being criticized do not care or unaware of the critique. Either way, I almost always screen all of my internet transactions now through one or both of these sites.

It's a shakedown scam
January 30, 2014

It's a shakedown scam. Exploiting people's desires to "stick it to the man." In reality, they do no such thing.

Any competitor, ex-boyfriend, or just a troll can post anything under any name, with no fact-checking or accountability. You can post "reports" about any person, non-profit, or business. It's a way for people to destroy and hurt other people.

Then the damaged persons (innocent or guilty) can not get their lives back unless they give this slimeball $2000. And he justifies the jobs and lives he's ruined by fancying himself a "consumer advocate."

Real consumer advocates do the work of fact-checking! Ripoff report only cares about extorting real businesses and nonprofits for money!

I am sure Ripoff is in shady business. They are extortionist that make companies pay thousands of dollars to them so they can remove a review. But, they never really remove them. I heard most reviews on there are not even real. Probably written by Ripoff themselves. It's sad this site can't work to it's true purpose.
