These wigs are pure garbage! I got my wig and it is nothing like the picture it is cheaply made not lace front hair falling out and bald spots all over it and ends are all frayed. When I asked for a refund like they advertise I was only offered 10% back the receipt inside the box said it was a $20 wig made in china and I was charged $265 for a wig I would never wear. Oh and the wig has no way to attatch it to your head they told me I have to attatch clips etc myself and when I said it's not the style in the picture they told me I need to take it to the barber shop and have it cut and styled to the style I want wtf?
They deducted the postage, which they already charged me for it in the first place. The charged me handling charge?. So the total of the postages to receive and return and all the deduction they made almost did cost me about 50% of the value of the goods. Their return policy doesn't meet any of the UK policy, despite the fact they pretend they are a UK company, however, I found out when returning the goods they are actually based in China.
My order number is RE*******910, i received my gray wig yesterday and the wig itself is fine. I would like to order more as it is what I expected. It is absolutely the wig what i was expected from the web. Thanks for making me happy the whole day.
I ordered on January 26. It has been right at 4 months and they have not sent my order. I have inquired numerous times and said I wanted a refund. The only response I get is it is handmade and takes a while. I have continued to ask for my $139 back with no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
Please pay attention to the reviews, this company uses pictures from other sites to have you think that it's their work! I made a claim through PayPal and got a full refund.
This wig is GORGEOUS! The style is very nice too, although, I found that there was a little less volume than the picture, the fringes were just the same. The style is quite pretty and when i wear it was amazing!
This was my first time ordering online, didnt know what to expect but The Seller helped me out a lot with any problems and questions I was concern about, i would recommend rewigs to any one of my friend that looking to buy a wig.
Did not get the correct merchandise and they did not want to issue any credit unless I returned the merchandise and was then wasn't going to give me full credit. Product came from China and couldn't return it anyway because of Covid. Bad company!

The color of the two toppers that I ordered was totally wrong and I sent pictures as requested I was then asked to re-send some more pictures without them being under a light I complied and now the response is that they will give me 10% back on my order for "any inconvenience " and would I keep the hair pieces or give them to a friend. Totally bizarre Obviously their return policy is just made up to make you think they're legit THEY ARE NOT. Don't buy from them

I found they're scanning people, I'm black' They sent a wig for a white women I'm not peditist. I just can't wear the wig, I canceled the order right away, they said I had too pay 40% of the order because if came from the factory; it's not I paid for. Don't order from them beware; they're scanners I'm going too the BBB on your so. Alled company and you can have this white girls wig back, I didn't order this!
I ordered Red color and received blond. Am told we used wrong number, even though the description on the order said 16" red. They won't refund the money.

I ordered a wig. They use some weird tracking site that says it was delivered to Albany NY. I live in Georgia.
Long story short. No wig. No refund. No recourse
Dont buy anything! If you cancel you pay40%! Takes at least 4 weeks for delivery. Emails with broken English and state not finished being made. WHAT! No phone. No other way to contact.
