Re Wigs

Ordered a brunette wig and received a blonde wig. Money back guarantee is no good. Communication to resolve issue did not help. Do not buy from them!

These wigs are supposed to be petite and they are gigantic. The front comes down to my eyebrows. They are the wrong color. They are unable to be styled because the weird part and crown are sewn in and won't comb out. Not able to refund

This company is not good. First you think the site is American Made but these cheap wigs are from china. I ordered real hair and got a wig that didn't even resemble the wig I ordered and it was synthetic, and Chinese women are smaller bodies and heads so it wasn't even close to fitting. More for a child's head. When I tried to get refund they said they take 50%. This company has no phone and hard to contact. I should have read the reviews first, they were all bad

Paid my money and picked my topper and what arrived was nothing like the order I placed it was the wrong colour and did not sit on my hair naturally my hairdresser commented and said it is not fit for purpose.
Trying to get a refund from this company was nearly impossible they were not forthcoming at giving a return address sue to it being in China.
They were willing to offer me only 20 percent refund.
I would not accept the refund of that amount due to it being the companies fault by sending a total useless incompatible piece of what I can only describe has the biggest con I have fell for.
I would never use this company again and they should not be allowed to trade after reading some of these reviews please don't waste your money because they will NOT refund all of it and are reluctant to give you a return address Disgusting service

First off when I was looking I was looking for wigs made in the USA and re wigs came up
I have a autoimmune disorder and I lose my hair
So I was trying to find one that was human hair and close to my own hair they advertised this Raquel Welch for 203.00 and then gave a discount all together it was still over 200.00 what I got is nothing like what I ordered when I contacted them they said it had been styled by there stylist and I should shake it out real good well as you can see in the photos that didn't work( I knew it wouldn't) there are no layers in this wig for it to look like the picture of what I bought so I contacted them again to ask for a refund then the said to try blow drying it and using a curling iron and I did it did not help so they offered 40 percent back and they told me to sell it they told me that if I sent it back to write my name on a piece of paper and put that I paid 20 dollars for it and that it would take a long time to get back my money and I had to pay shipping and if it got lost in the process then I would be out the money because they sent no paperwork with it to go with the return very sad way to run a business I told them I was going to report them to the better business bureau so if your thinking about buying from this company please save your money and go elsewhere.

I received my wig and was so very excited...then I opened the box and was so disappointed but put my new wig on and wow I'm loving my new blonde wig! Thank you Re Wigs!

I purchased a human hair wig from this company. It was nothing like I ordered. The color was bright yellow/orange. The sewing job was horrible. You can see the strings hanging out on the front of it. They claimed that my eyes are bad when I looked at the color online. They offered to return it, but stated I have to pay to ship it back and they will deduct $20.00 off the refund for them to ship it back to me.

Incredibly professional customer service. Very good communication. I bought two wigs, I chose the wrong color. I wrote to Wigs if I can exchange it for another color. They wrote back very quickly. They sent me a photo of the color that interested me. There was no problem with changing the wigs.
The wigs are very well made, have a lot of hair, and look just like your real hair.

I received a wig six weeks after ordering it, it was a horrible strawberry blonde and I am an ash color. I also did not get the model I ordered. I asked to return it and they told me I could ship it back to China at my own risk it might not be received. That I could take to hair dresser and have them fix it or I could sell it. They told me that these were better options and I would not be refunded if I return until arrival is verified but no guarantee it won't get lost. THIS SITE IS A SCAM

I purchased what seemed to be 2 beautiful wigs, needless to say, they were everything but. They made it very difficult finding out how to return them. No phone numbers. You only communicated through email. I paid $28 to ship them back however, they are supposedly held up at customs. (So far at least a month) I am told it will cost them too much to get them released so, they will return them to me in 2-3 months. Can you believe that? I have been scammed! Please learn from my mistake. $324 down the drain!

This company pretends to be located domestically, but is really located in China. I should have known since the website has no address or phone number. So don't believe the shipping times, because it'll take over a month for a wig just to arrive some place outside of China. I still haven't received my wig and have had to deal with terrible customer service, and based on the other reviews, they have terrible wig products too. AVOID AVOID AVOID! There are plenty of normal respectable wig websites out there, so just don't bother with this one.

The color of the wig was lighter than the one I ordered, but I still loved it. I'm planning in ordering another one.

Ordered a wig,,,,waited month in a half to receive it,, finally came. Stated human hair,, omg! Halloween wigs r better than what I ordered & received! Not a human wig, received no invoice on what I ordered,,,color was wrong,,, cowlick on this wig can see all the stitching,,,,I'll NEVER order from them again,,,,what I received was probably taken from a corpse somewhere way back years ago,,customer service sucks,,,,takes days to get a response, days to receive yet so very fast for them to take the customers money!DO NOT BUY from this company. Just received and immediately loved it. So easy to style and very light on the head. The fullness of this hairstyle is eye catching and this wig will remain as they are due to good materials that have been used in making them. My first purchase and I really lucked out.

I bought a mullet wig for Halloween for less than 20.00 that was better quality than what you sent. Then you want return 223.00 of the 287.00 of what I paid. Crappy company selling overpriced poor quality product. Your probably laughing about ripping off cancer patients for 60.00 and giving nothing in return.

This wig looks nothing like the wig I ordered. Doesn't arrive styled. The wig fits baggy on my head and you can see the places that holds the wig together. The wig is more an X large than a average size. The wig is totally useless to me. Can't wear it at all. $221.00 thrown down the drain. Will be buying from another company from now on.

Ordered 3 wigs, very poorly made.
Wanted to return for refund, only gave 50% so will donate to cancer.
However DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. SHAME ON THEM RIPPING PEOPLE OFF.

They sent wig that a wrong colour and style, and also quality very low.

I purchased a human hair wig in early November 2022 I received it maybe a month later the day I received it it was not as described. I spent $244 on a wig that would look cheesy and ugly and cheap I emailed the same day they were trying to make me keep the wig anyway I returned it same way I received it. I am still waiting for $244 to be refunded to me. I have emailed them numerous times I do not recommend ordering had I seen the reviews before I ordered I would not have made the stupid mistake. You are ordering from China not around the corner I'd rather order around the corner from where I live then order from China, please take my advice. Do not take a chance in ordering any wig from this website because if you don't like it, you're going to go through what I've been going through and I've already read reviews of people going through the same thing I am going through now.
