Please read all of these reviews, they are correct. This company was a nightmare to deal with. The wig I received had a horrible dull orange/pumpkin color with the texture of straw. The style did not match the picture that I had selected on their web site either. You have to email them since they don't have a customer service number. I would have had
to pay for return shipping and send this wig back to China, purchase a tracking number, and pay a $20.00 restocking fee. Since I bought it through PayPal, I was able to file a claim with PayPal's resolution center. I couldn't donate his wig because it was so hideous, so it went in the trash. Bad quality hair piece that didn't fit and was the wrong color and then they refused to do a return.

Horrible, rip off I would not even waste time returning it. Delivery took forever. A peace of crap sold for $140. Please! Do not throw your money away like I did.

This is really a scam

The wig is absolutely poor quality. Not possible to get full refund for wig. I had purchased this wig for£113 & £10.00 delivery.
Rewigs issued me money back only £38.00, I can't understand why? The wig still new newer worn.
Don't bay any products from this company.

Please do not buy any products from rewig because I already had the problem which I have to ask my chase bank for help today( 4/20/2021).
1/ The real product is not as good as it was shown on the website. Different color, different length, poor texture.
2/ When you want to get the refund, even we agree to pay the repacking fee as the policy said, they tried to drag on, delay the process, don't give us the address to return. They said we must get returning permission but they never give us.
3/ When I said my bank will handle the dispute, they agreed just to refund me 15%(?)

I ordered on January 26. It has been right at 4 months and they have not sent my order. I have inquired numerous times and said I wanted a refund. The only response I get is it is handmade and takes a while. I have continued to ask for my $139 back with no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Purchased a short human hair wig w/ lace cap for a total of $402.00. Contacted them same afternoon I received it. The unit was made very poorly. Hair used not good quality. Hair came out when gently brushed! Not made well, not same hair style as show on line in picture. They offered 8% of cost, then 13% then nearly 50% of cost of unit.
Thank goodness I used Paypal to make purchase which protects your purchase. WARNING! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS NOT REPUTABLE!

I ordered two wigs from this company neither looked like the wig the model wore. The bangs were chopped up very badly on the medium length wig. I sent them pictures and they asked me if I had cut the bangs. I had told them previously that's how the wig came. They offered me 13% back. That was a slap on the face since I paid $195. The short wig I don't like but it can be fixed. Please don't waste your money on this company. I am very disappointed.

Please pay attention to the reviews, this company uses pictures from other sites to have you think that it's their work! I made a claim through PayPal and got a full refund.

This product looks like it was something you'd buy in a dollar store! Over $300 paid for a product and its absolutely nothing like the description. There's no hairline, the hair itself has no weight to it and it's BRIGHT red not brunette with highlights. They don't back their product and only want to return 17% of the purchase price! You're basically supporting a HUGE scam by purchasing from this company

I placed and order in December, it's now February and I still have not received my order. On February 1st I received an email saying there was a problem with my order and it will ship next week. It is now February 16th and I received another email saying there was yet another problem. Never again will I shop with rewigs! Buyers beware! Let's just hope I don't have to fight for a refund.

Re-wigs are a rip-off they promise they promise to give a refund if your not happy with the wig but that's a Lie once they get hold of your money you might as well forget seeing it ever again the wigs are $#*! the Service is $#*! everything thing about them is absolutely $#*! Do Not Ever Buy Wigs from them you will cry your self to sleep it was such a big step for me to buy a wig in the first place and then to go through the hell that they put me just left me feeling depressed I hate this company for doing this to there customers who have medical conditions that have left them without hair and confidence to ever trust any other hair company life's hard enough without hair and then these companies only care about making money off sick people absolutely disgusted and angry with them Please Do Not Buy Anything from them.

The wig was not human hair. Don't bother buying from this company they rip you off. They don't give you the full refund. So if your total was 151.00 you will only get a refund of 17.55. And they don't won't the wig back so that should tell you something about their product.

This company is a rip off don't deal with them. The product was a joke! And they called it a wig!~!
They donot refund your money! They are in China so what are you going to do? Do not deal with companies in China! If anyone needs a costume wig I have a $161.00 dollar one.
