Ordered a jacket, gloves and boots which all fit and arr perfect, and shipping time showed up 2 days before it said it would. Only nick is that for some reason my order got rejected once whuch wasted about 3 days the order should have been shipping. It wasnt a card failure as everything was charged, just got an email saying my order got canceled for no reason which sucked. But past that everything's awsome.

Bought the LS2 Citation II Solid helmet. Well constructed, fits well, and the visor opens and closes easily UNTIL you add the pinlock. With pinlock installed it's hard to close the visor and near-impossible to open it one-handed with gloves. The pinlock adds some width to the visor and causes it to bind against the rubber seals on the helmet. Trying to press the latch release while simultaneously pushing up with, maybe, 5 lbs. of force with one gloved hand didn't work for me so I removed the visor latch, which isn't needed because there's no way that thing is going to open on its own with pinlock installed. To close it I grab the bottom of the visor with my fingers and stick my thumb under the chin guard and squeeze hard. So, maybe don't install pinlock and open the visor when it fogs. Or, install pinlock and don't open the visor since it won't fog with pinlock. Or take the latch off. I'm keeping the helmet; I still like it.

The helmet arrived pretty quickly. When I opened a box, I discovered the helmet looked different from the advertised photo of the all black helmet. Instead I received a black helmet with large white letters "shark " on it. Also, they charged me $10 to ship it back. Its been a week, I haven't received a refund yet.
I purchased a new face shield for my LS2 Valiant || helmet and it's great! Love the blue iridium color, and especially appreciate the tint on sunny days. Easy to swap in and out of my helmet, and just the look I was looking for.

My recent experience could have been a pretty bad one, but as always Revzilla's Customer Service in their very fast and professional manner came to the rescue. Without any bickering about who was at fault or demanding proof of this or that, they solved the issue in a very fair manner to both sides of the issue. So if you ever have any questions about the merchandise you purchased don't get angry or upset, just let their customer service know what the issue is and give them a minute or two and I am sure just as in my case it will be resolved and you will be satisfied with the out come. They still do business the old way, the customers happiness comes first. If I need anything power sports related, Revzilla is where I start and if I can't get what I need there then I probably don't really need it.
