My recent experience could have been a pretty bad one, but as always Revzilla's Customer Service in their very fast and professional manner came to the rescue. Without any bickering about who was at fault or demanding proof of this or that, they solved the issue in a very fair manner to both sides of the issue. So if you ever have any questions about the merchandise you purchased don't get angry or upset, just let their customer service know what the issue is and give them a minute or two and I am sure just as in my case it will be resolved and you will be satisfied with the out come. They still do business the old way, the customers happiness comes first. If I need anything power sports related, Revzilla is where I start and if I can't get what I need there then I probably don't really need it.

Fit and finish are great. These risers were easy to install. They allow me to remain upright and relieved the pressure off my wrist.

My order came new with tags as described. I do think it could have came alot quicker..

I ordered my Shad side cases and brackets from here on Memorial Day weekend, and received cases the following Thursday! The brackets had to come from Shad, so those took another week to get. The only thing that would've made my purchases easier, is if I had known that I needed the inner bracket adapters to get them mounted. Probably my own fault for not doing enough research, but would be helpful to have a note somewhere when ordering other parts that I need the inner brackets.

The pants I was looking for were in stock, and the shipping was fairly quick

The order took a while to process and ship. When it arrived it wasn't what was told in the ad/picture. Advertised as "plug and play" but the ends weren't even the same! Would have to take a total rewire to make it work on my bike even tho I bought the correct part according to the website.

I had went through Revzilla once before for a Flyscreen, but the description didn't match the product - have a feeling that's due to the manufacturer, not Revzilla. This flyscreen works! Fits right, not too big for the bike. If anything the product pics online do not match how well its actually does fit the bike.

Enjoyed my chat with the service representative who understood what to do because the boot I ordered were too small. I received an RMA to return. New boot were shipped and the old boots returned. A no brains required transaction. I was glad to see this in our current times of working with less informed customer service representatives.
