I had been eyeing a new Bell Bullitt helmet for some time, so when it popped up as part of Revzilla's Memorial Day sale, I jumped on it. I have been a customer for years so they have my information on file. A few clicks and a couple of days later the helmet showed up on my doorstep. Gloss black in the traditional red Bell bag, there's nothing like that new-helmet smell!
I purchased 2 gift cards that weren't sent to the recipient, including after speaking with Customer Service and being told the errors were fixed.
All looked good until I went to install and there were parts missing. The breather bolts were not in the package. I call customer service and they said let us check into it. I was a little put back at that time as I had to wonder when and how they were going to resolve. They entered a replacement hardware kit that would have the parts I needed. Received said parts by USPS 5 days later and this was over a holiday weekend.

Everything was shipped to me on time. After a few days sitting at my desk, I finally opened my Insta 360 X5 Motorcycle Bundle. It was easy to set up, for me. The camera has great video quality, up to 8k if memory serves. I haven't been able to try out all the X5 has to offer app wise, but from what I've been reading it looks like this is a great product with tons of tricks to enhance, edit, and give my videos an overall better feel to them.
I saw two different reviews warning to order 1 size smaller on icon jackets but I ordered what was recommended by icon's sizing chart and I feel it was correct. If I had ordered the size smaller it would have been too tight in the shoulders.

I had asked to return the Bell Bullitt because they don't make shields for them. I don't have the manufacturer mix but the item is unworn with all tags still on. The representative from RevZilla said that they've made enough special accommodations for me. What does that mean?!?!? I see that you sell open box helmets all of the time.

One of the items I received was the wrong item. I called customer service and thought the process was moving along. They asked for pics to confirm I got the wrong item, which I sent as soon as I got the request. I haven't heard anything since.
