Looked up what I wanted for my bike and was in stock so ordered it also was on sale
Found what I needed. Can be hard to tell the difference between some very similar products. Customer service is very polite, but don't follow through with promise of finding out and contacting again.
They severely overestimate their ability to prep packages for shipping. If it says 3-5 business days, you'll be waiting 10 business days to have it even given to the shipping company.
My experience here has been great. The information provided here always makes my shopping experience easy. I wouldn't mind more information via a video on more products but I also understand you can't make reviews and videos on EVERYTHING!

Love the incentive of RevZilla dollars I used to carry a rechargeable light. I like the idea of not having to replace batteries and having versatile enough to have on the road, both for emergencies and routine needs.

I believe I just lost out on a $200+ order.
Ordered a helmet on Saturday, but due to using PayPal, my shipping address was changed unknowingly. Website said costumer service hours were 9-5 Monday through Friday, so I waited till 9am on Monday to call. I also sent an email immediately after the order was placed asked for correction of the address.
I waited untill monday and Called first thing and was ensured by the first employee it would be retrieved once delivered.
After calling back today for an update, I was told I should have called Saturday (despite the website saying it was closed,) and that it all depends on the person at my old address desides to send it back, if im going to get a refund or not.
So after hearing two different things from two different employees, having my shipping addressed changed because of payment method, and then being told in a ver snarky way, that I "should have called anyways" despite the hours saying closed, I think I've lost out on a helmet and any faith in this company.
Be cautious if you use them, and make sure PayPal is up to date, I guess.
I won't be going back.
