First shipment of rinehart dbx40 slipons arrived damaged in the box. Dents on left muffler. Sent back and reacement had dent on right muffler. The second shipment dent was tolerable for a partial refund. But something is wrong with either packaging or seconds being shipping from rinehart. Revzia made it right. But they should look into the situation.

Over all good and very helpful if needed Would shop again and really enjoyed the big selection

Bought 2 tires, one was delivered to the wrong address, the other wasn't picked up by fed ex. Called customer service 2 weeks later. "Billy" was aggressive and rude, and refused to help, but another tire was shipped same day so I'm guessing his manager fixed the issue.

I recently ordered 2 swingarm spool sets. One set for me and one set for my wife's Z500 Also a swingarm stand. The spool sets I ordered were the wrong size but the lift is perfect. RevZilla made my return on the spool sets a breeze. Thank you so much for the GREAT service. I'm hooked on RevZilla. They are great all around.

My experience with RevZilla was great! The products came within a week and a tracking number was accurate. Overall I had a great experience and will use RevZilla again in the future.

I was inconvenienced and had to spend extra money on maintenance because the tire I ordered arrived damaged. It looked like it had been damaged from the factory and Revzilla did not check its quality before shipping. Additionally, shipping tires without some form of protective packaging seems too risky to be worth it, and I expect better from Revzilla in the future.

Great product. Revzilla is great too. I order all my motorcycle stuff and it comes fast. Maybe don't use FedEx. The delivery driver threw the box over my fence that was not locked. Thank goodness it was a foam seat!

My old grips where a bit sticky from being out in the sun due to the previous owner. Now that I replaced them they feel amazing, even with gloves!

Ordered tail tidy site said it would fit, does not. Checked with manufacturer it doesn't. Now I have the bother of going thru the return process

Just a friendly reminder whatever size you think you need probably go ahead and order 3 or more sizes bigger. I thought i ordered a size up but it still wasn't enough. But refunds and returns a fairly easy and straight forward.

I received my helmet very fast and everything was as advertised. The packaging was in good shape, no damage. Tracking was accurate.

Ordered hitch and wiring harness but wiring harness would not work with hitch. Trying to return the wiring harness but FedEx is a nightmare when shipping a return from Canada.

Unfortunately, I had to go hunt down the installation instructions on the manufacturer's site. Which did not have the ability to sort instruction media by model numbers listed. So I had to search/troll manually for over an hour and eventually found it 7pages deep and under the incorrect finish "Carbon Fiber" (which most ppl would not do, they would simply send the parts back for a refund after realizing they will need to hunt down a part/single metric bolt you didn't supply). I get that you guys don't want to be held liable for botched installs and the murder of countless fairings, but I definitely would have gotten these sliders elsewhere if I knew before hand that I would need to machine my own engine mount arbor drill anchor tool to accomplish the install. Appreciate the parts, but as most consumers: I will pay nominally more to source parts at a place with solid upfront resourcing. Much love your way tho guys, part arrived on time, and in great condition!
