I've been a pinch a few times needing parts before a race weekend and Revzilla has been the fastest and most consistent for next day oem parts. I work at a motorcycle dealership and I can't even get them as fast. They have been great in normal situations too but have been a life saver a lot as well. What ever you do don't order anything expensive. I ordered a helmet that was quite pricey. I tried it on and it was too small. It was the largest size that manufacturer offered. I literally attempted to start the return less than an hour after I received it. Well, to my surprise there was no link to return it. I emailed customer service to get an RMA. The person I was dealing with insisted that I send pictures of the inside of the box, the outside of the box, the helmet inside and out, the helmet in the box. I sent a email to double check that the pictures were received. I kept getting responses stating that they were not received. After two days of this I finally called in and asked for a supervisor. She was awesome but couldn't understand why I was asked for pictures because that is not in any way part of their return policy. She got into the email chain between myself and the customer service agent and said there were dozens of pictures. She had an RMA emailed to me while we were still on the phone. Definitely not hassle free. If you contact Revzilla customer service via email and get Kimberly R. As a representative ask for someone else to help you. I for one will never deal with Revzilla again and they can thank Kimberly R. For that.

Have had a couple orders show up from y'all and none of them have really been on time. I know that doesn't have very much to do with Revzilla but still it's been frustrating. Then I received a jacket that was just the complete wrong size and the slow shipping times is making me reluctant to send it back because I have my msf course coming up.
