Quick straightforward process, but….
I would expect free shipping for values over $50, also took 8 days to deliver from the day I ordered. Sorry but Amazon has spoiled us all.
Just started riding with my friends and this site was perfect for me to be informed about all the options I had for gear. I was able to make a decision and get everything I needed at the same site.
Everything went well until time to deliver the product. The site claims to "ship within 24 hours of purchase" which was nice because Kriega is in Europe and I just needed some replacement straps for a dry pack by Kriega.
Unfortunately it took over a week to actually ship while my order did start the shipping process within 24hours it 100% hadn't been physically placed into the hands of anyone to make it to me until a week later. Which was a big reason I hadn't looked anywhere else because revzilla claimed to ship in 24 hours and was in the US.

Revzilla shipping has really gone down hill. With my last order I paid for the two day shipping because I need a cam cover gaskets to finish my repairs. Well I won't make that mistake again.the part took over a week to get to get to me even though I paid an extra $30.00 to have it rushed.
