When I went to order the package everything was fast and easy, shipped right away, but took lower then expected because when it shipped apparently my apartment number wasn't added to the label even though on my order I placed it was correct and on there. Called USPS and handled it myself

I have been dealing with Revzilla for many years now and I have had nothing but good experiences with them.

I ordered some plastics for a KTM EXC. 2 of the 3 items were in stock to ship the other would ship out in 2-3 days. The out of stock item shipped 2 days before the in stock items were shipped. I also had some boots I returned and did not know I would have to pay shipping back to return if I didn't want them. If I exchanged for a different size I wouldn't pay shipping but to simply return them if I wasn't satisfied with my purchase I had to pay for shipping. I would have ordered elsewhere had I known I would be charged to ship it back.

I called to confirm the type of fit of a revzilla armored jacket and pants, but the nice guy on the phone couldn't help me regarding the fit. He said he'd put out a message to the females at the call center to return my call. I never had a return call. Fortunately, I researched reviews and am very happy with my purchase.

They tell you the 10 percent off is good on selected items yet after selling my soul I couldn't get their promo code to work on anything.
