I received the gloves I'd ordered in a timely manner. Alas, despite going by the size guide, and even ordering a size larger, they were too small. Customer service issued a return authorization and got an order entered for replacement during the same phone call. Also, I'd bought the gloves on sale, so they made sure I still got the sale price.
I ordered a sprocket set, chain, chain breakers, and a tire. Everything arrived within 2 weeks (honda parts take longer).
The only disappointment is the naked wines voucher. Online reviews reveal it is a pretty scammy company. Please don't recommend crappy companies in your packages.
