I found what I was looking for at a fair price, and it was delivered promptly and in good shape. The only problem is the size. I ordered the item in my customary size. That's what they delivered. Unfortunately the manufacturer's idea of how large that size should be is somewhat more "generous" than most. It fit like a tent! Now comes the less than rewarding experience of the return/exchange process. Not RevZilla's fault in any way. In fact, they're quite helpful. It's just a sad fact online shopping doesn't come with the opportunity to try items on before walking out the door with them.

I Order from Rev. Bc quick shipping with my location if in stock. Not the case this time, was in stock and took 5 days. I purchaced from dealer and returned part to Rev. No worries it has to happen again before I get sour.

I ordered a set of tires. The rear tire arrived very quickly, within a couple of days of ordering, and the UPS tracking was spot on. The front tire arrived a few days later, and the UPS tracking was poor, giving me very little info on when to expect the delivery.

Revzilla was easy to buy from and quick shipping. Payment options were important.

Good overall the only thing I didn't like was the no-exchange thing. Instead of exchanging you have to return the item then re-order. If you order something a little more expensive that means you're waiting for that refund for a couple business days at least. I also don't like the increased emphasis on the RevZilla brands like Sedici and what not. When I visit a retail location (Cycle Gear) it's almost entirely RevZilla brands now. It's nothing personal I just like the fit and feel of Alpinestars and Rev'It gear.

It is super easy to shop for the things i need plus there is usually great deals and reviews on the products.

Love the selection and the 'exact fit' option for my bike.

While Revzilla has a wide variety of products, it is unfortunate that their policies lack their ability to give good customer service. While I get that you do not want to lose money on returns of used products...having a policy where customers can't return slightly used items is mind blowing to me. How will anyone know if something truly works for their bike.

I got hand grips recently that I thought would be softer, but were a hard plastic, but since I couldn't try them out without risking not being able to return them, just ended up returning them.
